personal bests are coming thick and fast, i was weighed at the doctors the other week and came through as 14 stone in clothes, so roughly 13.7 stone out of them, i'm not convinced so i have assumed my weight to be 14 stone

here are the weights for reps

    squat 122kg for 5
    deadlift 140kg for 5
    bench 108kg for 5

    bodyweight 90kg

running it through a 1rm calculator it looks like this (i've never done one rep maxes)

    squat 219.6kg
    deadlift 252kg
    bench 194.4kg

666 is a bit high though

Thats the biggest load of C0CK ever

    1. Those 1RM calcs are not right 122x5 = 137, 140x5 = 158, 108x5 = 122

    2. Until you have actually done the 1RM then you cant count them as calcs are just a best guess.
    67.4K BW
    170K Squat
    110K Bench
    222.5K Deadlift

      Sorry but those figures are rubbish, but I think you may have guessed that! Given your 5RM i'd say approx;

      150 squat
      180 deadlift
      120 bench

on the looks of the general opinion then the following website is poo

        http://www.jmit.co.uk/BodyCalculators/1RepMaxCalculator/tabid/58/Default.aspx

i don't want them to put the 1rm figures up but can i have it noted that the other poundages are for reps?

        please

it works but you need to fill in all of it

i do 100kg for 14, 147.5 for 2 and it put my 1rm at 152, which is about right, i have done 150 paused

dont be a pansy and do some 1 rep max's

Not sure why people don't do any 1RM's? You can do it at the front of a session and still get a normal BB session done after? Surely doing that once or twice a year is good fun?

if its 1KG more than your reps weight then thats what it is.

I repped 80KG for 11reps the other day, 1 rep max calc says my bench press should be 110KG, 110KG would pin me.

moral of the story, until you have lifted it, then it doesnt count
