i got a couple of pbs yesterday jonny can you update my squat to 305, and my bench to 227.5(501lbs, at last i got out of the 400s) cheers mate

My best in training was 420 before i got 435 at the BPC British. In my next comp I will be going for a big bench and deadlift. I will go for the 1000 pound squat early next year.

Im no longer that strong or heavy! I've dropped a substantial amount of weight, and my my new stats are:

140/105/180 (=425kg total) @ 85kg BW.

Hi Jonny, can I post my totals up? This is the first time I've tried 1RMs and I'm not very good at them yet! Think I spent too much effort on the warm ups.

Bench - 117kg
Squat - 130kg
Dead - 165kg

Bodyweight - 69.5kg (I'm VERY short!!! )

Johnny, to be fair the lastest totals I have are done over 1oo kg so I should be in the 100-110kg class mate,,,

best lifts under 100kg are dead 565lbs, bench 340, squat was 530 so a 1435

My, my how things change...NEW PB of 615 on deadlift as a 100-110kg lifter..that 15 lbs over previous...might even go after a 625
at the push pull in 2 weeks..
