thats world class lifting, well done, at the New EnglandRecord Breakers comp it would have been the 3rd heaviest squat, that was a world class competition where the lifts were raw, but they were allowed use belts and knee sleeves, and knowing Dale I bet he didint even have a belt doing the squat. Respect

Truly awesome lift WD, there are only maybe one or two other people in the UK capable of squatting such a big weight totally raw in the UK at the moment (and to that depth)

Hopefully 360+ is possible over in the next few years. You should do it in a competition so us Brits can stick it up what the americans are doing at the New England Record Breakers.

hi JWB, can i join in? Nothing exceptional (or even good) but at least it gives me a starting point. These are current lifts not best ever, cos what I could do 5 years ago seems pretty uninteresting.

Squat:152kg(just a belt,no knee wraps)
Bench:123kg
Deadlift:168kg(with straps)
Total:443kg

Mights as well post my lifts up;

Bench: 105kg
Squat: 125kg
Deadlift: 150kg

Total: 380kg

Bodyweight: 70kg

At the age of 17, goal to get 400+ total at 70kg in the next 3 months

Update for my totals please mate! Only the deadlift up - at 275kg as of this morning, no straps, no belt, just chalk

Hopefully the bench will get past 165kg soon too - did 160kg for 2 reps yesterday and easier than I thought! Should be hitting the 170kg soon I hope!

Still at 99kg bodyweight.

So thats 210/165/275 [99] all unequipped.
