112 kg squat, 135kg deadlift, 72kg bench 319kg overall now! 80kg bodyweight!

pulled 185K deadlift but it was in the gym and although I see no reason why it wouldnt have been counted, it still wasnt officially judged. BWLA southwest un-equipped only this sunday, I am gunning for a 420K total, see what happens.

just pulled 187.5K Deadlift in the BWLA SW un-equipped, pitty I failed 90K bench twice, damm, I should have got that easily

Good pb deadlift Paul. Did you miss out on 420 due to missed bench? If so bad luck pal. Any more comps this year?

my aim was this, needed 2 out of 3 of the higher lifts:

90 or 92.5K bench
140 or 142.5K squat
185K or 187.5K deadlift

ended up with

140K squat, failed 142.5K, not too bad as 140K is equal PB

85K bench, disappointed as was hoping for 92.5K as made good progress in the gym with bench

187.5K dead, really pleased here, not made that much progress in the gym.

Not sure when next comp is, Mick Barry said there is a bench and dead comp in september time I think.

I have been thinking of using wraps on occassion, but i reckon on only 10kg out of em. Maybe next fri I'll have a see and report back!

yea, i read it mate, thats what made me think of the wraps, more than 10k in them for sure.

Well I will def give em a blast next fri, which is my next heavy squat session.
