Don't want to be a pain, but my total should be 515 not 505. I need every kilo. (I need every gram to be honest!)

just bored at the mo so im posting up my current pbs. ive hit a few over the last few weeks and im having a pb day on sat so im hoping 2 update then 2.

Squat 302.5kg Belt and knee wraps (i did 2 reps but its still a 1repmax pb)
Bench 157.5kg raw (still crap but its moving up)(going for 160kg on sat)
Deadlift 340kg Belt (if im feeling good 350kg is guna go)

total 800kg

BW 138kg

160 squat, 130 bench, 210 dead....bw 75kg, total 500kg

Done in the gym, not a comp though so cant really count them yet!

How honest are your lifts? Its just im pretty sure you could compete with that...
At 75kg you'd top your section on here.

Yeah those are the best lifts ive done in the gym. The 130 bench wasnt paused but ive been working on that recently and its improved quite a bit. Aiming to hit 140 in a month or twos time. Hoping to pull pull 220 in a week or twos time. I hit 250kg for one off a knee high rack on sunday. My squat isnt great and thats what i need to focus on right now- i only back squat rarely as ive always prefered front squats and i need to change this.

This morning I weighed 76kg.

Im in a but of an awkward position though since I play uni rugby league and im trying to gain a bit of weight for the remainder of the season. After that im really keen to try competing, either at 75 or go for it and up a weight bracket.

Nice lifting then mate, when you say uni... What age are you if you dont mind me asking?

Im 20 and in my final year. Not looking forward to leaving since the gym is awesome at uni wheras at home i have to train in a commercial gym which is total wank to be honest. Is there a website where I can find out about any powerlifting round my way? ive searched google but without my joy. Cheers, Dave.

I can vouch for Dave's lifts seeing as I train with him when he's back home from uni.

I'll upload your 200kg deadlift onto YouTube when I get home and I imagine we'll do some more PB lifts just before you go back to uni so will get filming for proper validation.
