My personal preference for eating oats is to just pop what i need in my bowl, add my unflavoured protein powder then sprinkle in some 'Skinny Cow mint chocolate' drinking chocolate which you can find in any supermarket. I use light Alpro Soy Milk with my oats, mix it all together then whack it down my neck cold. No hassle meal that doesnt taste all that bad. Quick & easy, thats the name of the game!

You could make Protien flapjacks, i have done this for a while. You make a big batch and it will last the week, theres loads of protien flapjack ideas if you google it. I make mine with oats, protien powder, peanutbutter, applesource, 1 egg and then throw in things like coconut flakes or ground almonds just to make it a bit different. Spread the goo over a baking tray and bang it in the oven for around 20 mins............ I havnt got the consistency right yet but working on it. Flapjacks are good to eat on the move too, so an extra bonus, and if you make a batch a week, you save time/ washing up etc........... Im not a flapjack sales man btw
