Never used to be able to get em down. Started trying again recently and found if i make them real milky and add cinnamon (gorgeous stuff) then they really aint that bad.

Oats, water and mashed up banana, cook it and you have a top breakfast. Failing that raisins and honey chucked on top does the job for me.

You can use readybrek (or the generic supermarket equivelent) you can add it to a shake or add a bit of flavoured whey to it to make it chocolate/banana etc.

Why dont you try an oats and whey bar by MP. Good way to gets oats in you if you dont like the texture of wet oats. Choc peanut my favourite flavour...yum.
