Marmite lovers...

This might sound a little crazy but a few months ago I was feeling a little adventurous after finding out marmite had a high protein content and got excited!
I had a plain egg omelette then spreaded a thin layer of marmite on it
 
If you dont like marmite then it's not for you, If you like marmite still probably not for you, If you love marmite you will love this! :)

Try adding marmite to canned tuna, mix it in well and obviously enough to be able to taste it over the tuna...add touch of olive oil to help it bind...in a sandwich it's pretty alright :)

if you like marmite on chicken then try this, marmite and honey in equal amounts spread on chicken before you cook it trust me on this one

Is there a difference between Marmite and Bovril or is it all the same?

I hate marmite,but i love bovril....

Isn't bovril less salty or something? Not 100%

Damn! Those chicken ideas are great, I'm off to buy a huge tub of marmite.

For a cheat I sometimes melt loads of lurpack into toast and then spread finely with marmite :p

bovoril is beef extract and less salty

Ahh so they both taste the same, but ones healthier hmm that good to hear :)

Thats mad. Maybe they have a better diet in general and dont need the added vits and mins.

Not had Marmite in ages, might have to get myself some...

I'm pretty sure it's OK as long as you aren't eating a jar a day haha!

Ooo, for a cheat breakii: thinly buttered toast, then a layer of marmite then your scramblers with 1-2 Laughing Cow or other soft cheease mixed in, NOM!
