Cherrylimeade flavour - nice enough, drinkable. Effects - one of the best pre wo supps ive used no joke, stronger than jacked with the added pump factor so better, so energy and pump from this. Cant really fault this, good value, powerful, energy, pump.

The taste of this product isn’t fantastic compared to other pre trainers, but it does have good mixability (no bits or lumps). I felt this kick in after about 20 mins, starting with tingles all over (similar to that of napalm), and after about another 5 minutes or so received an energy kick (similar to that of Jack3d) After two hours at the gym and a pretty intense workout I come out feeling like I had really pushed my limits.

Had a serving of this today...Wow it's strong. The energy and focus it gives is amazing! Made pushing that extra weight out quite a bit easier. It worked brilliantly as a pump product too. Definitely recommend it.

Surprised this hasnt taken off, considering the amount of hype jacked got and this being superior....must be becasue its not a well known brand im thinking.

I would think is it because it is a relatively poor product similar to jacked.

I disagree mate, used it myself and its not just jacked it is superior ime, as well as energy it gives a good pump as well. Depends on what your looking for if you can get energy and pump in a pre wo, it definitely a good combo imo, rather than just stims and nothing else.
 
What do you deem as a good pre wo cappa?

Jacked and the above are underdosed in terms of creatine, BA (which have no acute effect so why include??) and also AAKG.
 
I make my own pre work out when i can.  Dont rate alot of branded ones.

Alot of pre workout supplements contain creatine and BA mate, most have them....underdosed, so to pin point a certain pre wo isnt accurate. Brands tend to include creatine and BA even though underdosed to possibly make the pre wo supplement seem more appealing when infact its not.
