Hi
Starting this journal so i can keep track of my progres and hopefully keep on track with everything,Ive been training for around 2 yrs had sum steady gains,i cant complain,but now i wana bulk n put on sum serious mass so here goes.
 
STATS:
AGE:   24
HEIGHT:  6FT 2
CURRENT WEIGHT:  15st 5lb/217lb
BF%:   Gona find out 2morrow
My Goal:  Is to get to 17st 5lb or there abouts
 
My training and diet start 2morrow.

    Didnt get off to the start i wanted ha only had 3hrs sleep last nite so bin tired all day n noded of in the after noon still managed to train though thanks to muscle pharm assault picked it up 2day half price the days gone like this:
     
    9am Protein shake,40g bp whey,80g scottish oats
    1030am  2 chicken sandwich,1pint blue top milk
    11am noded of messed my day up
    3pm tuna sandwich,4scoops critical mass
    430pm 1 scoop assault
    5pm train
     
    Flat bench press:
    8x 50kg
    8x 60kg
    4 sets 5 reps x 95kg
    1 set 5 reps x 100kg
     
    Seated bb press(smith):
    8x 50kg
    5 sets 5 reps x 70kg
     
    dips:
    3 sets 8 reps x bw
     
    close grip bench:
    10x 50kg
    5 sets 5 reps x 70kg
     
    630pm pwo 40g bp whey,80g scottish oats
    830pm late dinner, 250g turkey,300g potatoes,bit of brochilie and carrots.
    1030pm protein shake,40g bp whey,20g casein.

      The last 5 days have been pretty similar to the last posted diet,i trained on thursday 5th and it went like this:
       
      Lat Pull Down: Warmups
      8x60kg
      8x70kg
      8x70kg
       
      Deadlifts:
      5x60kg
      6x80kg
      6x100kg
      5x120kg
      3x130kg
      I was knackerd after these ha!
       
      Barbel Row:
      5x5  70kg
       
      Barbell shrugs:
      5x5 100kg
       
      Barbell Curls:
      5x 25kg
      5x5 40kg
       
      It was an ok workout know i can lift more though so hopefully be better next workout,was ment to train today but it was my m8s bday last nite so im a bit hung over,gona get strict with everything as of 2morrow.

                The last 4 days have gone good busy but good,i took a few days of training n changed my routine bin on push pull legs for a while n fort it was time for a change so doin something similar to the way dorian yates trains 2 heavyish warm up set then an all out set to failure only done 2 workouts that style but it was good liked how i cud push myself a bit more than usual, ill be back on top of the info 2moz, gona weigh myself aswell 2moz every 2 weeks ill be doin that,diets bin the same aswell.
