Maximizing muscle growth on Dbol 15 March 2010 22:33 (permalink)
Im into week two of my dbol cycle(50mg/day) all is going well definite strength increases. Really want push every ounce of muscle growth out of thus cycle.
 
My question is,  is there a direct correlation between your post cycle muscle growth and the strength increases you experience while on your cycle. On reading that im not sure that makes much sense so ill give an example.
 
Say before my cycle my db curls were 3x8x20kg, now while on cycle my strength increases keep taking me up to 24, 26, 28kg. the more I push the strength increases im enjoying just now will it result in more post cycle muscle mass gained, or is my muscle mass I can gain fixed at a certain limit no matter how high my strength increases take me.
 
I hope that makes sense (it dose in my head J)

    Well the best time to take it is with meals, and 30min before you work out. I have found it effective taking it before bed, (some people may disagree with this) But thats my opinion.

    ermm... Thats about it, split the pills like 3 hours or what ever suites you the best.

          i dnt really understand the question mate? are you asking if the strength increase will last after your cycle?

            I think he's asking the more is strength increases does this translate to more muscle gained ???? if he is then the what id say is your got more potential to gain more muscle the heavier you can lift !

              The answer is no. Just because your getting stronger on dbol, doesn't mean you have gained large amounts of muscle. You could be pushing more weight because of the extra water weight you have accumulated from the cycle. When the water dispenses after the cycle, it would be difficult to keep all the 'gained' strength during the cycle.

                a hard day at work when i wrote that so sorry.
                 
                i know just because im getting stronger dose not mean its coming from an increase in muscle mass. what im wondering is if i utilize this strength increase to its maximum and blast the muscle fibres dose this have a liner effect on muscle growth or will muscle growth plateau at a certain level?
