Megavol cycle and lumps

Just a question regarding a megavol cycle.
 
Im into the final week, dosage 20/20/20/20. I feel like my right nipple gland is becoming more prominent, is there anything i should take whilst on the cycle or is it best to finish the week and for the PCT?

what are your gains like and are they still coming ? most of the gains from megavol would have come in the first 3 weeks for most people. so if you have any issues at this point it may just be easier just to move to PCT. personally i wouldnt worry too much about it just make sure you have a decent PCT lined up

The gains are good so far. Put on 5kg of muscle, stripped a lot of the fat that is so hard to shift normally and increased on squats and bench press a lot. Really happy with it, looking forward to upping it next time. Not had any sides so far apart from this gland which started yesterday.

The pain is my serm is delayed, expecting it in a week. Only have an OTC PTC at hand right now, a really good one although not a subsitute for a serm. Shall I stay on megavol for a week more and wait? Or use the OTC PTC and then change to the serm once it arrives?

I'll definitely make sure I have the serm at hand before starting next time.

I'd suggest you'd likely really know if gyno was happening due to the hard lump involved in proper cases; more likely paranoia setting in which is tremendously common given the fear factor involved.
