I am interested in any studies on Melonotan, I have used MT2 a few times but stopped a long time ago, I'm undecided on the health aspects re this. On the one side, it increases your melonin so you don't need to tan as much therefore reducing the risk there, but what is the other side of the coin? can increasing the amount of melonin in your skin so quickly have other damaging effects inside the body ie, cell mutation - cancer? would be interested in PB and other peoples opinions.......... How do you know if its legit malanotan... Also i know nothing about needles....it all confuses me.. looking at the site that comes up on google they sell a starter pack that comes with the needles, wipes etc in the instructions ive seen non of them say to change a needle... i read on here you need to change the one you filled the srynge up with a new one to inject with??? or have i got it wrong. mix the water into the powder plunge air into srynge..poke it into vile..blow out air, suck in amount give it some flicks. clean belly and inject? discard needle.... basicly?

How long does this keep in the fridge in its mixed state? I've dosed up to a colour i'm happy with and am now on to maintenance shots at once a week. Since there's still 3 shots worth in the vial i was thinking it would take me right up to my holidays in 3 weeks but by that time the vial will have been mixed for almost 5 weeks.

personally i would put it in the freezer. thaw it out and take the 3 shots a week or so before you go on holiday. keeping it in the fridge for the 3 days. i think its about 2 weeks it will last before downgrading. as long as you only freeze and thaw it once it should be fine.

Cheers

I am just going onto my second vial of melanotan and have a problem! I froze the vial and took it out the freezer last night. Added the bac water straight away and everything in the vial seemed to just disappear!! Really confused by this any ideas what might have happened? ta

MT dissolves in solution very quickly.

When the desired colour is achieved, and in the maintainence phase at 1mg each week, do you still need UV exposure each week to keep the tan, or does the MT2 help you to keep the tan without the need for the sunbed?

A female friend of mine ran MT2 a few months back and still has 3 small bruises where she injected. I've had a look and they do seem like bruises and not pigmentation. Has anyone had this? I've used the same batch and had no issues.

There is a bit of a myth going around that Mt2 gives you a tan with no sun exposure. You still need to tan. What MT2 does is increase the amount of melanin produced by your body in relation to UV exposure. If you stop tanning, you will eventually lose the tan even on MT2. It takes months to lose your tan when on Mt2 though. (when compared to just weeks for a normal tan)

lewism6 personally i would put it in the freezer. thaw it out and take the 3 shots a week or so before you go on holiday. keeping it in the fridge for the 3 days. i think its about 2 weeks it will last before downgrading. as long as you only freeze and thaw it once it should be fine. 2 weeks is what is usually stated a fact but nobody has come up with actual research to support this. From the people I've talked to about this and from my own personal experience, Mt2 is usually still viable in solution after 4 weeks as long as you keep it refrigerated.
