j. Adams There is a bit of a myth going around that Mt2 gives you a tan with no sun exposure. But who in reality gets no sun exposure? The second you walk out of the door you are being exposed, albeit to a very minor degree. It's not a myth, but the colour change will be very minor and take an age to appear without using in conjuction with deliberate UV exposure

But some people live in climates were they don't see much sun . In those types of cases they might take the notion that mt2 can give you a tan without sun exposure literally and get little to no results.

Can anyone give me a hand with my dosage? Maths aint my strong point :D Was planning on starting my first 10mg of MT2 taking it at 0.25mg each time. So how much sterile water should i be putting in the vial, and how much should i be drawing on a 1ml needle for each injection? Thanks for any help lol

Your best off mixing with a minimum of 2mls bac water. Therefore 0.2ml = 1mg 0.1ml = 0.5mg 0.05ml = 0.25mg Using a 1ml syringe you should be able to accurately measure all of the above

I do it a bit different, I Load for 7 days at 1mg a day, then hit the sunbed, keep loading Afterwards and complete the 10. Then go again, after that stick to twice a week on the sun beds and jab 0.5mg twice a week for maintenance. Always be wary though as you can still burn if you over do it. Stick with 6 minutes on a 180 or 200 for the time being and build up a base tan. You should notice a change after 7-10 days

MT2 is not a reason to cane sunbeds. You burned because 6mins is too long for you. It will likely still be too long even with a reasonable tan. Using MT2 should be used for quite the opposite reason. It allows you to use sunbeds less, not more (both in frequency and duration). Use sunbeds 2 or 3 times per week, but only for durations that suit your skin type. I personally hate the high power 3min/6min type of beds. I'd much rather use the older style 20-30 mins type. Building a tan should be gradual, not hammering the skin with as much UV in the shortest possible time.

Thanks for that the sunbeds i used i never done before they have a max of 10mins they'l let you do on them so i taught by doing 6mins i'd be ok :( big mistake i wasnt even planing on doing that many sunbeds per week to be honest i was gona just stick to the 1bed a week i taught that would be enough, the only reason i done one after the 3rd injection was because i seen on some website to do it to kickstart the melanotan
