Cheers, Rome sounds lovely - I've never been to Italy.  Must go one day!

1) Not sure if i really have one??? I always thought my quads/hams untill they disapeared whilst dieting. At moment probably abs or delts. Second part is easy by far my calves.

2) This is a tuffy????? springbok when i was in south africa.

3) Not the worst but most prominet and effected my life the most was dislocated shoulder.

whats the most intense workout youve ever had ...one that really sticks out in your mind?

I am nursing my worst hangover in years. What do you think I should eat to combat it?

Get plenty of fruit dwn you and gallons of water. Also few anadin might help. Thats best thing bout waking up on sunday after not drinking NO HANGOVER!!! Mine last for 3-4 days so it cripples me.

But the real question m8 is was it worth it???? lol

It would have to be a either a back session wen i was a my strongest and fattest and shifting not a bad weight deadlifting.

Or i remember one leg sess i did with my bro. He finshed half way through it. His exact words where "your crazy no one trains this hard on legs" lol. That was back in the day when he didnt train them.

Im having my pheonix started thursday m8. On left side of back one wing coming over left shoulder. Body coming dwn my back an tail coming dwn my side an round my stomach. Going to be jap art but fire incorporated in and wings open as if its just been reborn. An quite an aggressive face. Prob going to be quite big but probably my last.................................................i think.

Il live in abertridwr just outside caerphilly.

The tatt and nxt one is done by guy called john treherne, skin creation, broadway, cardiff. Not cheap m8 but **** hot especially when it comes to jap tatts.

Yeah m8 all my m8 go to him. My m8 booked himself in last week and he is booked up till feb!!!

I ran john last week an am booked in for 5hrs this thursday. As said not cheap £75 hour. But he is very good fair play. Also does first come first served on saturdays.

When i asked bout an looked on net his name kept cropping up bout be one best at jap designs. Does other stuff to but think this is what he likes doing the most an specialises in.

Yeah he is booked all the time Richy mate. I am having a new one on the 10th October. My mate has someone come from London to her house once a year so giving him a bash.
