First: That's you in your avi? And you've been training for 2 and a half years? Natural? My god... kinda shocked tbh, that's insanely impressive!

1. What's your favourite routine that you've tried over the years?
2. What's your favourite food? (Bulking food, not cheat meal!)

My Fav routine ive tried over the years would have to be my current one im doing :

mon - chest, bis
wed - traps, shoulders
fri - back, tris
legs on sat or sun

Fav food would when bulking would be either 10 birds eye fish fingers with tomato sauce or a good old fasioned steak with rice or potato waffles.

Mankini, interesting choice!  Can't see all of it in the photo though

You don't include protein drinks in your diet, any particular reason for that?

Can't really think of a question at present but just wanted to add that you'd do extremely well in the BNBF - I hope you do compete one day as I'd like to see you step on stage - good luck.

Stay natural - I have a friend who like yourself was amazing as a natural and done quite well in a few comps. Now that hes juiced up hes not really been getting anywhere.

Few Questions

1) Favourite City?
2) Favourite rude word?
3) Strangest thing you have ever eaten?

haha true but trust me people dont want to see the full pic! its a little revealing to say the least!

I only ever buy protein when i have the spare cash, and at the minute with me just starting a new job i havent bought any myself for a while. I will get one at the gym after ive trained, but rarely consistently use it in my day to day diet.

Random questions but here goes - fav city would have to be manchester, i like the set out and plenty of shops to browse through.

I dont have a rude word i would call favourite but i think Sh!t prety much sums certain things up well.

Strangest thing ive eaten thus far would be snails in garlick sauce in switzerland, suprisingly nice!

mate you really need to get some photos up, posing properly!

your chest looks to have ridiculous depth to it!

your way bigger than myself, and most people i know, that have been training far longer and using gear for a long time.

Must of been another bigjack then , i specifically remember as i was shocked that my bf% was lower than yours and you're the same height as me. No worries , must of been one of those days when i was tripping on caffeine.

Any pics of your physique when you first stepped in the gym, as that would make a very interesting comparison?
