Papa Lazarou Yes, it may not involve that in his sense of the word. Or are you two his advisors now and i'm not allowed to question? well, it seems kinda funny to ask someone a question which really requires you to consult a dictionary. Perhaps you meant what, for Mark, constitutes debauchery?

Yes, I think thats fairly clear what I was asking for Med. And FWIW, its not to pick a fight or any more words on the matter other than i'm interested what he considers it as.

medusa_ debauchery has a clear meaning: Noun debauchery (plural debaucheries) Indulgence in sensual pleasures; scandalous activities involving sex, alcohol, or drugs without inhibition. That will do for me!

favourite lift? do you mean like the one in my mates flats which is quick and the lighting and mirrors are flattering? or pick-me-up, (which I'm sure I've already answered) or in the gym? which would have to be flyes, just because of the pump on my tits afterwards.

Hmmm... now you come to mention it, difficult to tell, but that's only because I wouldn't do them in isolation as I'd be doingthem on tits and tri's day, which is always my fave, because of the after-pump. Perfect for pre-clubbing too.

I can back day at the moment is giving me the best workouts - for days afterwards I feel tight and wider all across the lats (of course all in my head in the most part). How do you regard leg days - good or a bad training day? Or are you like me, dread the idea but feel great after coming out of the gym? Oh, if you could date/see/court/whatever a celeb from any part of history, who it would be and why?

like I say... we have the best parties ;0) Can vouch for this as I was in a gay club on Sunday night and fecking ruined due to it being the only place open. Would definately go back as the music was awesome and booze pretty cheaps also drugs were readily available. Oh yeah and I was dancing in my pants much to the amusement of my mates. Ras

Would you legalise and regulate recreational drugs given the chance? or having had some experience with them would you contiune to see them prohibited?

PL: I'll pay more attention to how I feel after back workout from now on.... that's what I'm due to do tonight, so I'll let you know.... Yep, I dread doing legs, and to be honest, don't train them as often as I should. I don't really know why, as when I think about it, its never as bad as I think, although I don't like that weird restless, sort of achy feeling I get in them later at night after working them. Like I can't get comfy or something. I can't quite describe it but imagine most other people experience something similar. As for celebs, I really would not know. They tend not to be my thing, and I prefer real people. I don't have celebrity crushes (partly because I don't watch TV and rarely watch any films, so never get to see them). That said, the other half watches those road wars type programmes all the time and there's a copper on one of those who I'd love to bang into the middle of next week. I saw him the other week with a battering ram doing a raid and thought 'you can kick my back door down any day, mate'. Ras: Glad you had a good time. Glad to hear you got down to your kecks and got into the spirit of it too. I used to have a bunch of straight guys who used to come out with me in Manchester because they just loved the music and vibe in the clubs. Bless them, they are all married with kids now so their wives wouldn't allow it any more. essex_chris: Absolutely. I definitely think drugs need to be regulated. I don't think prohibition works at all, and we all know the arguments about police resources and cutting off the demand that keeps criminal gangs in trade. I know all the arguments against legalisation too, and do realise its not as simple as 'legalise and the world will all be fine'. I guess there's probably some kind of middle path that can be worked out. I definitely think that they need to start prescribing heroin in medically supervised 'shooting galleries', like the Swiss and Dutch models. The pilot schems that have been run here all seem promising too. I think the state has far too much interference in people's lives. I like the Dutch model of legislation whereby it is considered that what consenting adults choose to do is their own business. I know they are reducing the number of 'coffee shops' they have in the Netherlands, but that seems ot be to appease other governments. A good friend is a teacher in Amsterdam and he is of the view that in Amsterdam its really difficult for kids to get hold of weed as its all so regulated and none of the places would dare sell it to kids. I really do believe that drugs can be used responsibly, and that people can use them as a positive part of their life, and one that enhances their life, rather than destroys it, just in the same way that many people are responsible with their drinking. Sure, anyone can (and most people do) over do it from time to time, but that isn't a reason to prohibit. I doubt legalisation will happen, certainly not in the immediate future, but certainly things need reclassifying. That report into 'level of harm' two years ago was fascinating, and I wish something like that would be accounted for in the classification system.

Seems like you have similar views to me on it. I battle my own demons and it's hard to say if drugs or alcohol have had anything to do with it or have contributed to the problem - but i am strongly of the opinion that what consenting adults want to do to themselves is their business. I see drugs as under prohibition rather than simply illegal and unavailable and i think that the approach this country takes is far too head in the sand for my liking. If you don't mind i'll put your name down as an advisor for when i take charge

Good interview, very interesting. I don't know anyone HIV positive so it's nice to see a different opinion on things. You write concisely and clearly. What's your background in terms of education? If you are doing a PhD, I assume you have a degree- in what and where from? Thanks

I used to hate doing legs too, I think it was because your chest and shoulders show more when you take your top off in a club. Through the years I saw my top half growing to a very decent size and my legs.. hmm.. not so much lol. I have since started doing squats, I used to hate them but once you get into the mood and start doing them regularly you end up enjoying it. I like the results of it too, my bum is more pert lol lol. IMO it is definitely worth it dedicating one day a week just for legs.

I have enjoyed your interview Mark thanks for being very honest and frank about a sensitive subject. You mentioned The Smiths earlier in this interview....are you a fan and if so what is your favourite track?

In reality, of the thousands of men you have been with, how many times have you bagged up? Serious question. A rough percentage will do.
