Hi Gina, I've always admired your capacity to present a human persona despite the barrier of the keyboard - your posts always give me a clear picture of a genuinely decent individual who brings a welcome dose of humanity to the forum. What would be your own greatest sporting accomplishment?

What would be your own greatest sporting accomplishment? Firstly thank you for your kind words mate, your very kind. My main sporting achievement is winning a 32 mile race against a very tough runner from the parachute regiment(he was there champion and unbeatable) there were forty in the race only 7 made it back, and i beat the guy by about a foot lol(yes he was an angry guy after and wouldnt shake my hand)

essex_chris It's all deserved. Thanks chris There are thousands of people around the country who do far more than i do tbh. Its quite surprising once you get involved with theses kind of things how communities do pull together and people look after eachother far more than what i thought, its a pleasure to see, And very refreshing as all we seem to hear is doom and gloom all the time, this realy isnt the case at grass roots level.there are some truly remarkable people in this country who do care pationatly about others. MOBSTER.. i will mail you as soon as i get a moment mate,i think you will be as surprised as i was mate.

Hi mate. You appeared on this forum not long after I joined and have been spouting sh1t ever since. Well done. Do you still run mate? I am moving more towards what I consider to be a healthier lifestyle and my goal for next year is to run the Snowdon marathon. I notice above you ran some long runs in the forces but have you ever ran a city marathon...either a low key or major one like London?

Neb Hi mate. You appeared on this forum not long after I joined and have been spouting sh1t ever since. Well done. lmfao, thats what i like about you mate, you tell the truth all the time lol. Do you still run mate? I am moving more towards what I consider to be a healthier lifestyle and my goal for next year is to run the Snowdon marathon. I notice above you ran some long runs in the forces but have you ever ran a city marathon...either a low key or major one like London? yes the last 3 months my training has been with more running than weights(i still work with weights 3 times a week) but i also started running again 3/4 times a week. bloody hard to get going with it at the start tbh, surprising just how unfit i had got,its something i fully enjoy and i cant believe how quickly my stamina/general fitness has improved significantly. i ran the birmingham half marathon and could have EASILY gone round again, not bad for my age lol,ok times are slower but not by a great deal i have to say.like yourself i love the feel of the air in my face and the feeling of freedom and health. all the best with your running mate,im sure you will do that marathon no probs.

Im sure I used to spend most of my time on MT trying to bait you into arguments. I cant even remember why... possibly the 4000 posts you made in your first 2 months lol. My question is. Do you remember my original name?
