Nick_Miramo Your looking great mate, an for a natural your making me look slim in your picture! Are there any other supplements you take? What do your arms and chest measure? Do you do any other hobies/sports? and what do you to do relax? Thanks mate. No other supplements i take other than mentioned whey protein as and when i can afford. One thing i always drink is semi skimmed milk, around 3 pints a day on average. My arms cold are 18inch on the nose, chest last time i measured was 48inch relaxed, 50inch when puffed out. I dont play any other sports, in my spare time i relax, eat, listen to music and have a decent enough social life. To relax i sleep lol thats the only time im 100% relaxed as my dog keeps me on my toes when im awake.

mate, thats an awesome physique. made truly astonishing by the amount of time you have been training, the age you are, and your approach to diet and suppliments! i know when you joined the board, you got a fair bit of stick in a few threads and people didnt believe you when you said what size/age you were, i was a little doubtfull myself at the time, certainly proves us wrong though!

Amazing pictures! If you didn't come across so well on the forum I would accuse you of not being natural! Absolutely astonishing natural (or assisted for that matter) physique

You look ridiculously good in your avatar. You should be very, very proud of the progress you've made in such little time. God if only I had 10% of your motivation and genetics!
6'3", 16 stone. Gonna cut to 14 stone and see what I look like before bulking properly and cleanly with as low a fat gain as possible. Ulimately, looking to be as big as possible with low teens B/F %.

I see you're from West Yorks. Where do you train?
You did gain far too much fat though,I mean, you're not muscular at all, you're just a fat mess.

I don't really have a question, more of a comment! Which is: I don't think I've ever seen a 20 year old natural who carried your mass In fact I've only seen a few 20 year olds full stop who were as big (Shawn from on here is one) but they had been using steroids and training for a fair bit longer than two years Outstanding progress!

Only other comparable physique that I can think of, at the age of 20, is that of Lee Priest.

I am going to stay natural but from time to time i just get the urge to try the dark side lol. patience i keep telling myself. You look in good shape in your avi yourself, are you competing or do you have any plans to? Cheers Jack. Have done 2 small shows but didn;t place well. Blue Thanks bud, to answer ur questions: fav bodybuilder wud be ronnie coleman - reason being having watched all his dvds etc he just seems like such a down to earth gentle giant, someone who is just a nice guy with no big ego. fav food at the moment is birds eye fish fingers lol i eat 10 which has about 38g protein and 60g carbs. dogs all day long - dont think i need much reason, i own one and love him to bits. plus most ppl on here know my strong views on dogs from the dog v man thread lol.

Lol im not sure which side you were on in the man vs dog thread but i actually know how to kill a dog if you expect to come up against one, i didn't get involved in the thread but heres how you would do it. Wrap left forearm withtough material enough to stop teeth put on coat as normal, carry small club in right hand. When an attack dog runs at you, put left knee on the floor and put left arm out flat for dog to grab, trained attack dog will go right for your forearm and not let go. Proceed to club its skull, job done. Sorry for Hi-jack lol but thats how you kill and attack dog.

I'm glad I suggested to Hazel to pic you as an interviewee, because this has been a great interview. I suggested you because: 1) You look great, especially considering you're natural 2) You offer great advice in the other forums helping others out I'm guessing the key to you getting the excellent results you have is consistency with your training and diet. In natural shows the key is to get ripped, but really you don't look too far out of a stage weight - just 8-10 weeks really. So, when's your show?!

Nick_Miramo Hi Mate, You any ideas what show you wanna compete in the BNBF and what sort of diet youll be undertaking? I know bnbf is defo the federation show i want to compete in, but im unsure on the actual show. From a previous thread i asked if they had there calender out for next years show schedule but apparently they wont know or release it until jan time. So in reality march is a rough guess when the show mite be, it may in fact be slightly later in the year but this will give me more time. In terms of what diet i'll be undertaking i have no idea myself, but i have a good friend who used to compete himself and he also knows Nigel davies, so hes going to put me in touch with Nigel and he'll hopefully do my prep.

I think the main reason ive grown so quickly and got a decent shape is due to my diet mainly, but also training. I can honestly say ive never missed a workout in the 2 1/2 years ive been training. To me if your not going to do it 100% why even bother doing it at all? My diet isnt always the cleanest but i ALWAYS make sure i eat every 3 hours and have some form of carbs and protein. This is something ive always managed to stick to.
