thanks bigman now the realy hard works beginning adding some mass with out adding to much fat . u have managed it well bigman so i might have a wee chat with u about that

. thanks to every one who voated for me .we have all done a great job on the shape up and i,m realy chuffed to have one but in all i feel we have all won out off this not only has this spurred a few off us into getting close to what we want but it,s also gave me some good mates to chat to now . and some others have now started journols witch is great for the site .
one thing i think we should all do and i think we will is thank hazel and james for giveing up the chance to do this and for putting up prize,s for it . thank u very much ,
