Morning everyone.
Thought I would write a little review up about my '30 day bulk' - The reason for this was that I had hit a stage where I wasnt making any gains.
So to combat this I decided to run a 3 week course of Methyl dread combined with 'The bulk bundle' from MyProtein.
http://www.myprotein.com/uk/products/the-bulk-up-bundle To make this work I knew I had to batter the food intake - every day for the past 2 weeks ive had a MINIMUM of 3700cals - Maybe not the cleanest of foods, but this was a bulk, peak days im hitting 4.5k cals
My starting weight was a mere 11 stone 10lbs (this was after some time off over summer, I was previously 12 stone 5lbs in the height of summer, the biggest I had ever been.
So anyway - end of the 2nd week I have just woken up at 12stone 10lbs! - Not all muscle though, my gut is forever growing!
Ive got 1 week of the M1T left and 2 weeks till ive used everything in the bulk up bundle - I should comfortably be sitting at 13 stone by the end of the course.
Ive been taking milkthistle and hawthorn berry, despite mixed opinions on weather they actually benefit. Standard PCT planned with Nolva.
Performance wise I havnt noticed my strength increase much, not in the areas id wanted anyway but that doesnt bother me too much, this was purely for mass gains.
I may increase the M1T from 10mg to 15mg for the last week - So far ive had no sides what so ever.
