        Cheat meal was delightful. We have a fabulous chippie here and they do the most delicious chips (I'm not normally a chips from the chippie person as they tend to repeat on me all night but not from this take away). I now have scampi and chips with peas and just have to have some curry sauce to dip my chips in . Pudding was a big biscuit and bag of Harribos!
         
        Sat here now with Saturday morning kitchen in thinking, why on earth can I not enjoy all that lovely food and not have to worry about weight gain

          But no-body can!
          They might eat it all, they may or may not be fat with it, they or may not worry about it. 
          Their arteries may or may not be clogged with saturated fat,  they or may not worry about it. 
          Their vital organs might be covered in/surrounded by life sucking fat,  they or may not worry about it. 
          You can eat it all and not worry, just have it once a week on your cheat 80/20. 
          Just we're a teensey bit obssessed is all.

              Oh I know that feeling too well.. the problem we have also is because we're so diddy, any extra weight really shows but we are pocket rockets and we can blast our way through life xx

                Oh I wasn't down thinking about the food on TV. Just think it would be fabulous to eat what the hell we want and not worry

                  Just had a nice long weekend with hubbie. He took Friday and Monday off. Loved the film Woman in Black, mainly because the kids (teens) in the cinema were screaming at parts that were so obviously going to have something creepy in them but they didn't expect . I can so tell I'm dieting when sitting there with a venti coffee from Starbucks is the treat! Should really have grabbed the chance for revenge on hubbie and got some popcorn......especially when he'd asked if he could skip spuds with his dinner and have some instead!!
                   
                  Shoulders and biceps yesterday. DOMS have only just eased off in glutes from Friday but I now have DOMS in biceps.
                   
                  Side laterals....slowly followed by half reps
                  Lying front raises
                  Lying rear cables
                   
                  DB curls concentrating on negatives
                  Hammer curls
                  1 pump set on over head cables

                      I always take rice cakes with splenda on as my popcorn, works a treat

                            Yes, I did avoid the popcorn. I had a protein bar with me for meal/nibbles. Flick I do the salted stuff, not a huge fan of the sweet one. And no way could I put anything sweet in my black coffee...Urgh. I can take coffee, white with and without and preferably black but put sugar in that.......yuk!

                                    Yep, do as I'm told I do .
                                     
                                    I find training triceps first actually doesn't hinder my back routine (unless I do straight arm pull downs!) but after my back I'd probably not feel like doing triceps!!
                                     
                                    I used to do triceps with chest but I try and train with hubbie when I do chest so he can spot for me with the heavier dumbells. This means training later in the gym when he gets home from work and it was just getting too late for my liking to get home so now I only train chest on chest days. I'm happy to do triceps and back on my own so it means I can go during the day if I'm free.

                                      I can imagine triceps followed by back for you; both back and chest are such strong points for you (I think) it makes sense to me to do tri's first to really hammer them.
