Micky Harra's 2012 suc cut 08 January 2012 18:28 (permalink)

This is my first suc and ill be using the palumbo keto diet for hopfully the full 12 weeks.
Probably make some slight changes and sneaky cheats to keep sane  but ill keep you informed of any slip ups, changes or cheats i make.
was at the gym from july 2010 til july 2011 and ade some ok progress then sort of fell off the wagon and aint been back to gym properly since then. Ive been unpleasntly suprised at how easy it is to undo any hard work you have achived at the gym. but heres hoping i can reveal whats under the fat.
goals= to cut body fat hopfully bring out chest and some abbs that i aint seen for about 13 year.
also try and slim waist down by getting rid of the love handles

Age 29
hieght 6ft 1in
wieght 16st (101kg)
got know idea of bf. ill try and sort it.

any comment or advice welcome. cheers and good look to everyone who has entered

I wouldn't tweak that diet down, looks took all there as it is imo

Looks like a good amount of muscle underneath, should be a good cut and not end up looking like a non lifter with abs
