Morning cardio all done 30min power walk chest later!!


fair play to you mate. I had planned on doing 30 mins walk this morning but it was pissing rain so I stayed in bed..lol
Looking good in your pics. Plenty of size there and still leanish after your bulk.

      I power walk 4 times a week mon,tues, thurs,fri, religiously!! don,t care if its chucking it down, snowing, thunder and lighting, I,m out!!!Usually sounds worse than it is when your lying in bed, only doing half hour at the moment but turn of the year will step it up, like I said earlier will chat with james first. I have  a bad habit of half killing my-self on my diets!!Hopefully James will do it in  a more constructive way and get the same results, we both know how I want to look, There is no half measures with me once my mind is made up, consistency is the key, miss walks and miss work-outs and miss meals your for-ever playing catch-up, the guys at the top level don,t miss them, so let people play catch up with me!!Thats the way I look at it any-way

    Wish I was the same way.Cardio has always been my let down. Never miss training and eat pretty good nearly all the time. Always get a 30 min walk in with the dog everyday but need to try get in 3 or 4 am walks in now too. 

    Will be getting diet help of James in the new year too. let me know how you get on with it. can I ask what healthy action plan you went with??

              I  am a consultant for www.healthyaction.co.uk  designing training programmes.
             So I work with James fairly often. You won,t go far wrong with James plans
      he has had some great results on clients so you have nothing to worry about there, just eat whats on the sheet and your results will follow!!

              Trained chest, super setted flyes and bench(flat)then incline followed by dips.Then trained tri,s pushdowns followed by french press super-setted with close grip bench press, was frazzled!!! I,m not too fussed with weight more on the feel, will train as heavy as I can but, have to feel it or I back off till I an feel the muscle work!!

                  Awesome shape mate. Some serious size and still very lean. Il definately be keeping an eye on this.

                  Hope im not being rude by posting a question in your journal mate. I just thought your more likely to see it here than the post you helped me with.

                  When doing military press should you lower to the chin or the upper chest/clavicle??? Reason i ask is i have always done it the the upper chest. But i notice lot the big guys in the gym only do it to chin.

                            diet looks odd to me.

                            How come so much protein powder is used, there only seems to be 200g steak then another 200g chicken at 8pm.

                                  Fair enough, do you not find you get hungry though, i find whole food fill me up much better then just the whey.

                                    Next plan will be upping cardio for sure turn of the year, because of my knee problems only doing 4 x 30mins at the mo, got to see a specialist tomorrow for a pre-op. Then I,m sure thdiet will be tweaked by james.
                                    Cardio a.m. all done, train Quads and calves upped the intencity a bit as I had my knee drained of fluid last week so still tender. But all good

                                        Hi Daz,no, due to 20+years of football my knees are about shot. Just been told I will need a plastic knee-cap on my right knee and going to-day to get my left one looked at!!I have good and bad days with them but, still very rarely miss a work-out on them, and as long as I wap them up and keep movements smooth can still hit them hard!! my day off cardio to-day training back later
