Thank guys thats me just finished work till monday afternoon, still carbing up hugely wouldnt believe what I,m taking in!!!

hi guys back now, well that was fun!!!9 month of dieting all over. It,s been a strange couple of days alot of people saying between me and Luke, I thought Luke had the edge yesterday but I came in harder today and could maybe tip the balance,but, not to be. Its my first crack at middleweights Mr,s and so I,m not too dissapointed I worked my ass off to get there two knee ops, two torn quads through-out the prep, so have to be happy with that.
  Be good to get more feed-back from judges see what I can improve on and will sit with James of who I want to say a huge thank-you for his help over the past 18months or so.
  A huge thank-you also to Paul Booth for my last prep he got me bang on the money today like he said he would, and he is very disapointed with the result but hey these things happen. Thanks for all you guys following this journal I will be back on tomorrow with more thoughts no doubt not sure what the future holds for me now...will see.....

Really feel for you Mr. But as you said, huge achievement to get through all those set-backs and step up there shredded.
I hope the disappointment flows away in time and you get some good feedback to hopefully help.

Thanks Flick, I,m suprisingly all ok feel more sorry for Paul and James who think I should have placed higher, but all in all a relief to be "normal" again after such a long year of dieting, I will wait on more feed-back see some pics and hopefully then I can make more comments not seen any pics at all yet, I had a few done by Fivos sat and yesterday with james look forward to seing them!!!
