Mixing Creatine with Protein ?

Is it completely fine to mix my post-workout Protein shake with 5g of creatine? I generally do consume a lot of water throughout the day, if that makes any difference. Thanks.

Yea you wont have any problems mixing the two! The best time to take creatine is quite often debated but post workout and pre workout are in my opinion the best times! Hope this helps!
