Morning Everyone,
Just registered after following the site for the last few weeks, were i have read and learnt alot from the articles and peoples views / opinions on here.
Anyway, a bit of backround information on myself :-
I am 19 years old, 5ft 11" and approx 76kg ( i say approx coz my scales in the house are ancient, will be getting a new set soon )
I have been going to my local gym 2-3 times a week for the past 3months, were i have really not been doing much as i have just done random exercises with no set routine and concentrated mainly on the upper body.
I also play football twice a week.
My main goal is to bulk up, I am just in the process of sorting out a diet and also obtaining a home gym set, as my local gym has limited free wights and the majority of weights are machine / assissted.
Apologies for rambling on, but im sure you ll see alot more posts from me so get used to it
