forddee Well i am off to do my morning CV a 30mins dog walk in the woods out side my house. All i have before i go is a cup of black coffee and 10g of L.Gluetime. And off i go and it works for me,i will add i do feel as if my body is playing catch cal wise in the day ,but this is a must for me to get that finishing show look. Daz Have you ever tried BCAA's pre-cardio mate? I.e. wake up, 20g's BCAA's, 30-40 mins SSCV.

I have used them in the past ,but i have loads of things on my wish list to buy and Gluetime is the most cost effective for me ,but i will put them on the next shopping list to aid and a peace of mind to help stop muscle loss when dieting Daz
