Morning or evening, empty stomach or not?!?!?! 16 November 2009 04:46 (permalink)
I've been reading this article and as far as the diet is concerned, I'm following something fairly similar, although slightly bigger portions.

http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/losing-fat.aspx

With the cardio, is it advised that I do the cardio in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening after a days worth of food inside me?

Cheers

It doesn't make a huge difference. The most important thing is that you get the cardio done so ask yourself, when are you going to get it done most often? This may mean am if you can get up early enough or later on if a) if you're a late/poor riser and b) life isn't going to get in the way.

You can of course do a combination which will give you more flexibility.
