Muesli -- Good or Bad?

Bought some "No added salt or sugar Muesli" just to give me a rest from Oats.

Ingredients:-

Whole wheat flakes, oat flakes, raisins, sultanas, vegetarian whey powder (?) and hazlenuts.

100g provides:-

355kcals
10.9g Protein
65.1g Carbs (15.3g sugars)
5.4g Fat (0.7g saturates, 2.4g mono-unsaturates, 2.3g polyunsaturates)
8.2g Fibre
0.1g Sodium

Been having with skimmed milk.

Is this stuff a BIG FAT NO-NO........ Or is it OK due mainly to its ingredients?

Many thanks in advance.

Erm, put some raisins in your oats maybe? Would probably be cheaper anyway.

A good one is to make up a batch of oats, stir in some cinammon and raisins, then leave in the fridge to cool (pref overnight). It turns into quite a solid jelly like lump, the raisins swell up from the water, and it's just plain fappin delicious!!

why would it be a no-no? as you said, the ingredients are all pretty fine, high in fibre, low in sat fats and low in sugar (most of which will be from the rasins), a personal favourite, often add my own fruit and/or mixed nuts on top for extra taste and nutrients, great stuff

Cheers guys.......... You've saved my sanity. Been too long since I started on oats for B-Fast I think. Need to cycle my choices I feel.
