Just to confirm Nexgen is 3 caps per day not 4. The most important thing with multi's is the type of Vits/mins used. Massive difference in terms of bioavailbility between as an example magnesium oxide and magnesium citrate. The citrate form would have a higher utilisation rate of around 5 times than the oxide form meaning you would need to take 5 times as much to get the same benefit, which makes any savings redundant if using a cheap brand with poor quality Vits/mins in. If you have the time and inclination compare 2/3 different forms of the same mineral and there bioavalibility properties from the types found in cheaper products and those found in some of the products above.

Gaspari's Anavite here. If I didn't supplement with chondroprotectors separately, I'd be taking Orange Triad instead. A lot of cheaper multis have inferior absorption minerals (as soon as you see 'oxide' of anything on the ingredients list you should drop it, as it's garbage). Animal Pak is an example of a popular multi which has its minerals in oxide form.

Yeh I was thinking of taking anavite but doesn't it work out quite expensive. Usp labs one seems better value for money but. Don't just want a cheap one when it could be full of **** ingredients but then don't want to spend more then I need to. Gaspari products seem like they've really put the effort in unlike over advertised products like maximuscle and muscletech.

Personally, I take 3 tabs of Anavite (the label suggests 6), as IMO this is more than enough. This way I also get the skin flush from beta-alanine. I also supplement with Magnesium and Zinc on top, but these are very cheap.

Take the time to research each ingredient and you'll probably save your money and not bother.

I'm on the second day of using 'Now Foods Adam'. Is it pretty normal for urine to be bright yellow/green? From what I remember its just Vit C and nothing to worry about? I've been drinking plenty of fluids like normal.

I use Animal Pak
The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion.

IMO Anavite is a good product to buy and as said above 3 tabs a day i think is enough so that would last you 60 days. At the moment i am using CNP Pro Vital which has ZMA on top of it and feel pretty good but pricey.
