Multivitamin - Which one?
07 January 2012 03:48
( permalink)
Just wondering which multivatmin you guys are using? Been meaning to add one into my diet for awhile. Just using a cheap one from the supermarket, bulk brand or big brand one? Was just looking at maybe getting myprotein's multivitamin or there super vitamin. Sorry if it's a pointless question.

I think 'Now Foods ADAM' is pretty well rated. Also 'Animal Pak' I would like to know which is the best so I can give one a try.

Adam is highly regarded and very comprehensive. Nexgen is great too. Personally, Animal Pak contains top many useless ingredients for my liking but it has a lot of advertising and word of mouth supporting it.

Quite a few good one's around, Reflex is a good choice Gaspari do a decent one as does USN and PHD, My Protein also have a good multi, the Adam one always get's a mention as well, I've been taking Wellman more for the bargain 3 for a tenner at Asda.

There's one or two Rick? who know there multis and your right the supermarket one's are not as good, for fear of sounding an idiot its something to do with the source/availability of the vitamin I think???

I really like both Nexgen from Reflex and Anavite but for the money I'll probs stick to Nexgen normally. The quality of ingredients is really important in these products.

Ive used quite a few over the years, it all comes down to budget really. They are a nice addition to your supplement list, atm i just supplement with the extra ingrediants i deem worthy of taking (Vit B, C, D3, U, Zinc, Mag, Calcium) Of the multi-vits i can remember... NOW Adam (not cheap but the best ive used) Reflex Nexgen (in capsule form, good spectrum, not bad price) Olimp VitaMin (similair to Nexgen ^)

Just ordered Now Foods Adam from Amazon. £25 for 3 months supply isn't too bad. Looking forward to giving it a try.
