Hi everybody
In june i decided enough was enough i was unhappy wiith my body, i have little confidence and i dont feel all that healthy so i decided to give bodybuilding a go.
My diet prior to this was terrible i never ate breakfast and my diet mostley consisted of junk food take aways fizzy pop the occasional decent meal etc i dont feel i eat enough food at all.
I have always been pretty skinny i dont have a huge frame and i am 5ft7 i am skinny fat if that makes sense when i wear clothes i look hello skinny i think its my forearms that are the main culprit my shoulder and upperbody look fine when i wear clothes but my fore arms feel skinny as hell and i feel i look weird.
besides my mental issues with the way i look here is my progress so far.
I started on the 4th of june i have infact tried weight lifting before but its never lasted more than a week but this time i have stuck to it since june and im actualy starting to enjoy and look forward to my work outs!
I havent kept to a strict diet or evern counted my cals! i plan to be more strict in the future im just trying to get into the swing of things
Like i said my previous diet was terrible so now i make sure i eat breckfast lunch and dinner everyday without fail this is actualy a massive improvment for me alone between theese 3 meals iv been eating alot of cheese yogouts milk bread chicken sandwhiches and peanut butter. my diet is far far from perfect still but its totatly so much better and so much more food than i was eating before.
