My Jan routine for my SD cycle 14 November 2009 08:11 (permalink)
OK so planning an SD cycle in Jan, what with moving house and sorting my life out it looks the earliest ill be settled and can fully concentrate!

So anyway, here is what I have come up with.

Its a 4 day split which is what I am doing anyway, but I have doubled up the frequency, so each bodypart gets a hammerring for the 3, possibly 4 week cycle.

As you will see below, I am looking at hitting the bodypart once primarily with big compound heavy movements, then the second time it is worked in the week, using isolation exercises.

This will hopefully keep me fresh enough to finish each session, yets still get a massive amount of workload in.

So I would like your opinions, yes I know it looks a lot, but as said, its only for the cycle, then I will reduce the workload a little!

*Squats - I havent included squats at the mo, as we only have a smith and ive had problems with my knee when using it recently.

Hi mate, it looks like a well thought out routine, I did an SD cycle recently and found the back pumps interrupted my deadlifting and back extensions so much, I had to put them before a rest day and at the bottom of the day's lifting. Don't put the weights up too much because I have found PCT is good for that along with dropping the volume. Good luck. Oh yeah I felt better on 30mg ed as Iam 230lbs.

im still not 100% on 20mg or 30mg per day yet, plenty of time to decide.

The deads will indeed be after a rest day, out of interest, did you see much improvement in strength at all? And did it drop after?

I'm well into PCT now, Strength is still well up, I had to cut the volume a bit though, although I have upped the calories a bit, as I was finding it tough to get out of bed. The pumps and a bit if test shrinkige were the only real sides. So it was a good cycle.

Thats my biggest fear the lethargy tbh, lately, im struggling to get out of bed as it is which i think is to do with the weather.
As I have to get up at 6am, i reckon I will struggle even more so.
