Never been this terrible with my journal since starting.

Need to get back into things a little as it has always helped as a personal log too.

Had a few disruptions and things going on for last couple of months but work and all the rest is settlign down again and starting to find a routine once more so will start getting a little more focussed on training again now as I have really just been trading water for too long now and not really accomplishing anything but have  aholiday ni afew months so want to start makign a proper effort once more.

Looking to get to it tonight so will make an effort to post once more tomorrow.

Sh1t bloody knee joint is playing up, man'd up and got through squatting but know I am going to pay a price in the morning. Worst thing is I have no idea why as I rested yesteray and yet woke up today with it :-(

Slowly getting back into things gave shoulders a good go tonight and I enjoyed it though I have resigned myself to not being able to perform dumbell presses. Even with no weight in my hand and just warming the joints up my left shoulder cuff clicks and shifts in the socket, needless to say any set no matter what weight or rep and how perfect the form - does not hurt but is a little off putting and silly to continue potentially subjecting myself to problems further down the line. I do have flexible joints so wonder how much can be attibuted to this.
Fortunately only once in a blue moon and possibly if I allow form to stray slightly does it ever occur with a barbell so pressing is not totally out. Can happen with lateral movements when cold but not once warmed up fully and at the end of a shoulder session - no such luch with the dumbell presses though.

Decided against that one for the time being - just started Katanadrol as I have been asked a few times what I know about this and figured it is only right to see what it is about for myself.

Going to give two pots a go so 60 days @250mg ED - looking for nice strength while being able to eat a fair chunk more. I am going to eat more of a bulk style for the first 30 days and then play with reduced calories for the second 30 in an effort to be able to assess it for both purposes.

Back on it for training, got things juggled about better at home and work once more to allow more consistency should be good for a guaranteed 3 sessions, ideally 4 a week once more.

Hmm I've even had to follow other journals through this barren spell

LOL getting back into it slowly - it is a habit that was lost but remembered to post this week and next week will look to get back witha bit more info

Besides I feel kind of used now and you are obviously just some sort of cheap journal slut

Haha maybe if this journal was putting out a bit more I could end my days of journal promiscuity, on a serious note I know what you mean about dumbells I have the same problem ,my mate who I am training with can do heavier dumbells but I can bench more than him  with the barbell I look like a tortoise on his back trying to lift them in to position but obviously its better to tie both into workout

Mate - I have watched and tried and had people assist and whate ever to try and master a better technique for this but I literally jerk them into position swinging myself back - to date I have somehow never hurt myself but cannot believe it will go on and know I will never achieve using dumbells heavier weights than about a 6RM absolute max.

Had good session once more last night - noticing coming off pre workouts though the loss of endurance for exercises later in the routine etc but had become to dependant on them.

Think katana might be kicking in a bit now - definate hardening and tesnsing feeling present in chest and weights just moving a little smoother/easier.

Still eating more of a bulk as part of an experiment with it but am going to try and limite carbs to about 30% still.

Great session last night especially considering I had terrible sleep all weekend and was knackered just thinking about training last night.

Started Pro-Mag35 last monday stacked with the Katana so am hoping this should start kicking in end of this week but the Katana is definately there right now - bumped lifts by 5 kilos and achieved the same reps etc as previous sessions on the lower weight - really sweet.

Training in 7-10 rep range and bumping weight as it occurs staying within this and then dropping too low reps come PCT.

Using 105mg Pro-Mag ED and had been 250mg Katana ED but bumped to 300mg now and having still not done the precise maths but should leave me about a week of Katana solo at the end to ease into PCT.
