That is true - I keep fogetting that is only 1 week today and that P-Mag will only be kicking in towards the end of this week, Tren and Epi another week - 10 days on.
I get impatient - the fact I have not had any strength improvements yet and bf has dropped fractinally makes me think time to shovel calories.
I will ease up a little and maintain an average of 3600-3800 as apposed the 4000+ I was starting to adopt.
Day 7
Yesterday was meant to be a complete rest day but I decided to hit the bike for just 20mins high paced while watching some telly - nothing to much, in the end I had to stop as my arse was killing me on the seat where I had squatted as deep as is humanly possible the night before!
Cycle
No real notes yet. Appetite is up and I seem to be dealing with food well, I am eating very cleanly and sensibly in a way not to bloat myself but am finding it easy to consume the calories, trickier to plan them and prepare them though! Oh I am also excreting like a greyhound!
Sides, I did start over the weekend (days 4-5) getting the start of back discomfort and so have increased 3g taurine in the evening to 3g 3x a day am, mid day and pm and this seems to be controlling that now. I also had the slightest of pain down my side which made me a little nervous of liver and toxins so have now began supplementing with 3x2caps Liv-52 DS, 3x2caps ForceField and 500mg milk thistle and 350g hawthorn berry a day and refilling a 2litre water bottle to ensure accurate water intake so am drinking 6litres outside of all supplements/shakes per day and seem to be on top of all this again.
At the moment I feel good, libido is stronger than normal (I am enjoying this as I anticipate Tren killing it at some point later on), mood is good and energy all seems fine. I just wait for the real anabolic effects of these things to kick in now and start shifting some weight!
Tonight is Chest and Triceps, my favourite day like most people :-) Looking forward to seeing what DOMS I have tommorrow as last week my triceps killed for 72 hours - but I did work them harder then normal.
