Right this is it. Weeks of reading, researching, planning and decision making I have my 6 week monster mass programme planned. (thanks to Hero Supps for advice and being patient while I swapped my mind here there and everywhere)
 
I am currently on a week off from all training having not done so for several months to allow my body to recover and be fresh for the onslaught I am about to give it.
 
I will be running a 5-6 week cycle:-
Epistane 30/30/30/30/30/40 finishing the 120 count bottle I also have about 20 tabs of Havoc left from a previous cycle to use too.
P-Mag    75/75/75/75/0
Tren-E    0/90/90/90/90
 
Cycle Support throughout – I am currently preloading with both hawthorn and milk thistle.
Fish Oils
Multi-Vit
Taurine
Pantothenic Acid
 
PCT
Nolva 60 Day 1 then 40/20/20/10
Natty Booster from Day 8 (I have Titanium and Activate Xtreme - 3 weeks of each to use up)

The reason for my choice:
I have always been a fan of Epi, it is just a reliable know what you are getting choice. I am conscious though of the fact that it can be a little slow to kick in. Therefore I was looking for a product which can delivery fairly quick strength and lean gains to effectively bridge this. I have opted for P-Mag as it is relatively mild on the sides front – comparable to H-Drol – but reported to be give relatively quick gains but become less effective after week 3, but this is where Epi should be kicking in! The Tren is there as really a cycle insurance for strength as being non-meth it is an ideal stacker.
 
I am hoping that through a clean sensible calorie surplus I can put on some dry lean mass and push through with some great pr’s on all lifts.
 
I will be lifting heavy on a split routine sun/mon/wed/thurs evenings with cardio sun/tues/fri am for 20 mins. The training will be heavy and intensity focussed for 3-4 weeks and I will then increase the volume leaving the weight as it is for the last part of the cycle with the intention of dropping volume and being able to increase weights once more for day 1 of pct.
 
I will be looking to an average of 3600 calories a day with 350g+protein and fats and carbs being adjusted depending on energy levels and requirements.
 
Example Day 1 (Training Day):
06:00 – 50g Whey, 1 tbls EVOO, 80g Oats 300ml Milk – 25mg P-Mag – 10mg Epi – 1x Support
09:00 – Home made protein bar, 30g Whey, 40g Oats, 1tbls Natural PB
10:30 – 30g Whey, Banana
12:00 – Tub Low Fat Cottage Cheese, 8oz Sweet Potato
14:30 – Tin Tuna (Brine), Apple, 30g Raw Cashew Nuts
17:30 – 2 Chicken breasts, 70g Brown Rice, 2 cups Broccoli
18:30 – (1hr PreWorkout) 10mg Taurine – 50mg P-Mag, 20mg Epi – 1x Support
20:15 – 30g Whey, 50g Waxy Maize Starch, 5g Glutamine, 5g Leucine
21:30 – 30g Whey, 40g Milk Protein, 300ml Soya unsweetened, 1 tbls Flax Oil
 
 
I am looking to KO next week so any comments/advice/suggestions before then will be welcomed.

I will take starting weight and calcualted bf from caliper skin fold measurements on the first day and post them up when done.

      Well having a sleep crisis at the moment and so have delayed starting the cycle today. I have for the last 5 nights now woke for the toilet at about 3am and been unable to get back to sleep.

      I am sat with heavy eyes and feeling awfull this morning so decided to wait before starting this as I want to do everything to maximise my chance of gains. I will continue preloading with milk thistile and taking hawthorn berry in preperation and will restart training tonight - double pre workout serving coming up!

      I am hoping that a good workout will help as it may be the lack of training and physical demand hainvg taken a week off which is contributing/causing my sleep issue - though I am a poor sleeper and historcally  have had to endure these temporary runs of poor sleep.

      On the plus I have some Zopiclone arriving with my SERM - these are prescription sedatives but very effective at quickly triggering sleep without leaving you groggy regardless of how long you ar out for so are perfect for such instances.

      If anyone is actually reading this still and knows of things to do and try which I might not have ever done before (unlikely) to help with sleep then let me know!!!!!!!!!!

      Hopefully get started in a day or two, need at least one solid night under my belt first.

          First day back in training today since taking my first week off in as long as I can remember and despite the tiredness and lethargy it felt good to be back.

          Took a double serving of Stealth Labz Ignition that MuscleFinesse sent me to review half hour before hand and it did the job given the fact I have averaged 4 hours sleep a night for 6 days now. I do feel shattered now though but despite struggling with my eyes while typing this I refuse to go to bed before 10pm otherwise I may set myself up once more for an early start as my body clock will become screwed.

          Today was Back and Biceps. All sets are designed for eccentric failure in the 4-6 rep range.
          1 Set Deads
          2 Sets Wide Pull Downs
          2 Sets V Bar Pull Downs
          2 Sets Barbell Rows
          2 Sets Incline Hammer Dumbell Curls
          2 Sets Barbell Curls

          Still trying to find the ideal order for back excercises, left the rows till the furthest after deads today as my rows normally suffer when done directly after the dead but I think the lats were exhausted by the time I got there and as a result I dropped short on reps from last session.
          I may next week try rows before deads as I have not tried this seqeuence before.

          Well half hour chill out before bed and hopefully a good night sleep at last ready to ko this cycle in the morning!
          Read all the logs I could fins on google for each compound once more today and am itching to get going but I am determined to get the most out of this cycle as it is not been cheap by the time you add up the cycle, support supps, PCT, additional protein and food requirements etc

          Hope to post in the morning that I have taken my first doses!

            Day 1 - Yes the Cycle Begins

            I had another wake up at 2am last night but the Zopiclone 7.5mg did the trick, by the time I had watched half of match of the day on sky+ I was out and slept till 6am so though not ideal it was enough and I thought it time to bring this on.

            Start Weight - 178lbs
            BF - 8.76% - Now I know this not to be correct. Being I had to take skin fold measurements on my own I could only use the Jackson/Pollock 3 point method and got chest-6mm, abs-8mm, thigh-14mm.
            I tend to hold more weight in my lower body and know I am not under 10% - my personal assessment following a summer cut is I would be around 13%. However, I am consistent with the readings so it will suffice to allow me to keep track of the quality in weight gained by using the skin fold measurements more than ther overall bf%.

            Todays Calories are 3646, Protein 336g, Carbs 327g, Fat 122g, 4l Water Excluding all shakes and supplement water intake.

            Taken 50mg (2caps) P-Mag and 10mg (1cap) Epi. 10mg Epi 12:00 then 10mg Epi and 25mg P-Mag 18:00.

            Heavy Legs Tonight then 25mins HIT Fasted Cardio tommorrow morning.

            I have also ordered Liv 52 to supplement the Hero Forice Field all in one, milk thistle and hawthorn I am taking for organ protection as I am a littlenervous about running 2 meths and Tren as even though non meth Tren will still have an impact on the liver - so hopefully having preloaded and strictly overdosing on support supps I can look after myself while doing this.

              Squats were at the same weight as the previous week - in fact a week off has done nothing for me on the strength side of things just made me feel lazy for a week.
              Squats 3x 4-6
              Stiff Leg Deads 2x 4-6
              Leg Curls 2x8-10
              Calf Raises 2x15-20
              Weighted Crunches 2x15

              Actually slept better at last. Still woke a couple of times in the night and took a little while the second time round to nod back off but managed it and feel so much better.

                Day 2 Update

                Never again will I take a self imposed week off to supposedly rest refresh and come back stronger. Every major lift this week has been down or a struggle. Tonight was chest and triceps and bench using the same 80kg as last time was a real strain to hit 5 where last outing it felt right!

                Going to weigh myself in the morning again. Looking forward to this cycle kicking in and shifting some PR'S.

                  Day 3

                  179lbs (+1)

                  I will take +1lb every 2 days :-)

                  To be fair I dropped a couple of lbs in the week off and am coming off the back of cutting in the summer so I expect it might be relatively easy to add about 5lbs but quality weight beyond that could come a bit harder.

                  I also quit creatine when taking the week off so may have lost a couple of lbs there.

                  Tonight will be Shoulders and Traps then tommorrow morning 30 mins fasted cardio on the bike.

                  Cycle Notes
                  Not suprisingly but I have not been aware of anything yet, positive or negative - other than urinating all the time but then I have made a big effort to drink water throughout the day so no huge suprise there.

                  I got my Liv 52 yesterday so for the 3 weeks P-Mag and Epi are running I am taking 6 caps a day of Hero's ForceField, 500mg milk thistle 350mg hawthorn berry and 4 caps Liv 52 along with a strong multivitamin and cod liver oil caps. I am also taking 3g pantothenic acid, 5g taurine and 1g electrolydes in the evening.
                  Once I hit day 21 and am Epi and Tren only I will drop to 4caps a day of ForceField and run the Liv 52 till empty. I will continue with the extra milk thistle and hawthorn being I have them - running them till out in PCT.

                  Should have the liver as well covered as possible.

                    Day 3 Update

                    Just finished training - I am exhausted from this week. 4 Consecutive days on low reps is draining - but after 2 nights sleep hopefully I can get back onto my routine of sun,mon,wed,thurs and recover better.

                    Looking forward to a good nights sleep and eating and resting tommorrow. The mrs kindly cooked extra chicken breasts so for lunch tommorrow I will have 2 chicken breasts marinated in a little reggae reggae, cup brown rice and shed load of spinach and that means I can use my tub of cottage cheese and sweet potato in the morning - big eat tommorrow then a lower carb day saturday with some fasted cardio in the am.

                    Hoping 2 days off from lifting and what will be 5 days in I will start to see a little more happening next week, day 7 Tren will be joining his friends Epi and P-Mag so week or so from today expecting to be able to add some plates and maybe see hunger go through the roof.


                    If anyone is reading any of this say hello - not that I will not keep going now just to reflect on myself but be good to know if there is anyone reading this shiiiite.

                      Day 4

                      Slept the best sleep I have had for over a week last night and feel pretty upbeat today.

                      Hell I am hungry!

                      So Far today I had a 60g Whey shake with EVOO and 100g oats, a CNP Protein bar as I did not have time yesterday to make my own and a sweeto potato and tub of cottage cheese and it is 10:15 and I could eat it all again.

                      I am going to relax today and cardio tommorrow with sunday back on the weights. I will try to resist the temptaiton of the scales till monday morning and do skin caliper measurements also - weight must be on the cards with this appetite today - just want to monitor the quality of it.

                      Wondering if the cycle is just starting to kick in with this appetite and mood elevation, looking forward to training sunday night to see if I can improve on last weeks numbers though expecting the following week to be when numbers should really start to move being Tren is joining this cycle party on tuesday!

                      Anyone reading with any tips or comments feel free I welcome all constructive critiscm.

                        48 hours on from chest and tricep and to put my arms flat out by my side sets them on fire!

                        Not sure how much of this can be attributed to a week off last week and stopping creatine also.

                        These 2 days rest are going to be good, sunday will hopefully be an awesome session.

                        Eaten like a horse today - plan out all my calories every day and had to revise it twice now - normally eat pretty much same everyday and take in more calories through post workout drink on training days, today will eclipse those and no workout shake!

                            Weight 181 (+3lb)
                            BF - 7.5% (As said before I know I am not as low as this but the caliper readings are allowing me to track fat)
                            Chest 4mm
                            Abs 6mm
                            Thigh 14mm

                            Well body composition is still moving the right way. The increased calories seemingly allowing a bit more weight on the frame.

                            I could not help myself saturday - the wife was not well so went to bed at 7pm so I decided to bring my training routine forward a day and so trained saturday back and bi and aunday legs and abs - today is a day off.

                            Training
                            So far nothing really to note, no increased focus of any sort or weight increases/rep increases of significance. A couple fo things went slightly better then the previous week an extra rep etc but I felt that first week I was down from time out anyway.

                            Sides
                            Started having a bit of back discomfort but that seems to have been controlled with taking taurine twice a day now.
                            No acne, I am using medication treatment at night to combat this with pantothenic acid powder so hope to minimise the possibility for this.
                            Might need to monitor next day or so lethargy and adjust carbs accordingly - have felt a little flat a few times.
                            Urine has stunk on and off! Could be down to the amount of supports I am taking - using 6x Hero Force Field, 6x DS Liv-52, 4x MP Alpha Men Vits and Cod Liver Oils and 300mg Hawthorn and 500mg milk thistile each day.

                            This is the second day of P-Mag, Epi and Tren now. Am hoping to see P-Mag kicking in end of this week with some modest strength with Tren and Epi firing up as the P-Mag runs out the week-2 after.

                            So far 3lbs in 6 days - if I can maintain this I should be looking good for 15-20lbs - we will see what can be achieved as I want to do this clean too.

                                That is true - I keep fogetting that is only 1 week today and that P-Mag will only be kicking in towards the end of this week, Tren and Epi another week - 10 days on.

                                I get impatient - the fact I have not had any strength improvements yet and bf has dropped fractinally makes me think time to shovel calories.

                                I will ease up a little and maintain an average of 3600-3800 as apposed the 4000+ I was starting to adopt.


                                Day 7

                                Yesterday was meant to be a complete rest day but I decided to hit the bike for just 20mins high paced while watching some telly - nothing to much, in the end I had to stop as my arse was killing me on the seat where I had squatted as deep as is humanly possible the night before!

                                Cycle

                                No real notes yet. Appetite is up and I seem to be dealing with food well, I am eating very cleanly and sensibly in a way not to bloat myself but am finding it easy to consume the calories, trickier to plan them and prepare them though! Oh I am also excreting like a greyhound!

                                Sides, I did start over the weekend (days 4-5) getting the start of back discomfort and so have increased 3g taurine in the evening to 3g 3x a day am, mid day and pm and this seems to be controlling that now. I also had the slightest of pain down my side which made me a little nervous of liver and toxins so have now began supplementing with 3x2caps Liv-52 DS, 3x2caps ForceField and 500mg milk thistle and 350g hawthorn berry a day and refilling a 2litre water bottle to ensure accurate water intake so am drinking 6litres outside of all supplements/shakes per day and seem to be on top of all this again.

                                At the moment I feel good, libido is stronger than normal (I am enjoying this as I anticipate Tren killing it at some point later on), mood is good and energy all seems fine. I just wait for the real anabolic effects of these things to kick in now and start shifting some weight!

                                Tonight is Chest and Triceps, my favourite day like most people :-) Looking forward to seeing what DOMS I have tommorrow as last week my triceps killed for 72 hours - but I did work them harder then normal.

                                  Worked chest and triceps last night, couple of reps more across sets on flat bench otherwise no great progress from the previous week.

                                  I did not have time to weigh in this morning as I woke late and had to rush out - thank god for having blended oats in the cupboard and a blender - breakfast was 45g whey, 80g oats and 1tbls natural peanut butter and was ready in 2 minutes and consumed far quicker!

                                  Sides
                                  Started yesterday afternoon getting some, not quite pain, discomfort from what I am guessing is my prostrate (between the guys and the hole). Have had a quick look on the net and seen H&B have got half price on saw palmetto so lunch time will go and grab a bottle - my support supps list is getting crazy now but I would rather spend a few £ for peace of mind.
                                  Otherwise I feel good, have no tests to back anything but feel fine in all other areas. Back pumps are under control with the 3 doses of taurine now.

                                    Going well.

                                    Most promising session last night since starting. Worked shoulders and traps. No huge progression but 2 sets of 6 reps in form of presses using a weight that last time sae me achieve 5 and 4 and likewise on dumbell press too.
                                    I cannot judge raises as ~I dropped the weight as last time I was out on my starting weight but I am hoping this is where it all starts!

                                    Still getting the nagging pain between the guys and my arse. It seems to get a little worse as they day goes on - it is more uncomfortable then outright pain. There is no tenderness to touch and no issue when urinating or anything - I have read an older thread where a poster complained of this and Celt stated he always gets it and puts it down to cramps and increases taurine and electrloyte, so I have done this aswell as now mega dosing saw palmetto so we will see if this goes.

                                    Otherwise no sides to note, skin is good, bp feels ok and libido is still good.

                                      188lbs (+10)
                                      BF 7.5% (-1.26) - chest 4mm, abs 6mm, thigh 14mm

                                      Do not feel as if I am holding any water either, figure I must have some weight down to this but I am not bloated or soft at the minute and hopefully if I were this would become less in a week when P-Mag finishes which can be a littler wet and I am left with Epi and Tren.

                                      GET IN - last two sessions, back and biceps on friday and legs last night have seen noticeable strength increases with all movements seeing an increase in reps - particuarly pleasing when squatting 7 reps as apposed 5 last night and on friday my rows going up by 2 reps also.

                                      Looking forward to chest which I am aiming to do tonight but having woken early I will judge energy levels this evening and decide on whether light cardio and weights tommorrow or hit it hard tonight.

                                      I am going to assume a better bench is there and stick a couple of plates on the bar from the off and do 1 more week low rep heavy sets and then two weeks slightly higher reps and let strength increase the volume working anywhere 6-12 reps before racking up the bar and aiming 4-6 again in pct.

                                      Sides
                                      Well the pain/cramp I had downstairs between the boys and butt has gone - I believe from the 2000mg addiotinal saw palmetto a day but possibly also increase in taurine and electrolytes - or the combo!?
                                      Have a little acne on my scalp under my hair, face is clear thanks to treatment and notinh on torso.
                                      Back pumps got me working out for the first time last night, deads were really hard to do and focus on form and even interferred with calf raises a little - suspect this is the worst day for this and will take super taurine dose pre workout next time.
                                      Otherwise things seem well from what I can tell without tests. I do feel a little tender down the sides and am a tiny bit concerned liver/kidney but am fighting off a cold and illness that the rest of my mrs and kids have and seem to have got away with a bit of a throat and aches for one day and wonder how much can be this.
                                      Still taking 6xForceField, 6xDSLiv-52, 350mg Hawthorn, 500mg Milk Thistle, 2000mg Saw Palmetto, 1000mg Cod Liver Oil, 4x MP Alpha Men per day so am doing all that can be done.
                                      I have one week left on P-Mag which will see the double meth intake drop next week and so hopefully if there is a strain it will ease.
