shoulders Too hot to sleep so thought I'd do shoulders, and the fact that I seem to neglect them, which is maybe why my bench isn't increasing. Overhead Press 50*5,5,5,5,5 Front cable raise 15*12,12,12 Squats at some point this weekend.

well, I never squat on the weekend. Got a new PS3 so been playing that after work everyday. So no weights at all since last Thursday. will tomorrow. 17.3km cycle 53 mins whilst playing Fifa online.
