Back bent over row- 60*10, 70*10,10,10 wide chins- 10,10,7 lying rope row 50*12,12,12 one arm db row- 35*12,12,12 forgot to do shurgs! will finish shoulders with them. 30mins cycle 10mins row. 13st now, which is good finally lost a few lb.

Shoulders Seated shoulder press- 60*10,10,10 supersetted ez bar front raise- 17.5*12,12,12 lateral raise- 5*12,12,12 db shrug 35*10,10 couldnt have a massive sesh playing squash tonight.
