My Proteins delivery!

Is it just me or is My Proteins delivery just shockingly bad?? every order I make I asked for next day delivery within 5 hours of their cut off time and EVERY time i don't get it next day and have to call up and just issued a voucher for the delivery cost! am i just unlucky here? today was the last straw for me as its just wasting my time and to be honest i probably spend that voucher cost  on the phone bill just being stuck on hold for like 20mins!

smae here mate im goint to bbw as no one i know has compleid about there delivery . i got 2 more orders for mp as im jusing the flex 3 code and im done with them

This has happened on my last 3 orders with them. Very annoying and you have only a limited time to use the voucher :(. I'm going to use another company next time.

Happens to me at least 50% of the time when I use MP.

Am always surprised when I see posts having a pop at myprotein's delivery, as I have been using them for just over 12 months and have only ever had one delivery which was late, which they admitted was down to them as it didn't leave the warehouse on time. 
 
Which courier do you select? And is it the fault of the courier, or the fault of myprotein (ie orders not leaving warehouse on time) which has caused the delivery's to be late? I have generally always gone for DPD next day when I order next day delivery, and they have always been spot on. Last time ordered Yodel 3-5 day and it still arrived next day. Maybe its because I am based quite close to their warehouse but nevertheless, what is it that is causing the deliveries to be late?

Or choose the worst option from the companies drop down. They do know MP don't actually deliver it themselves...?

My last order was 4 weeks late, a nice email would've helped, I chased them up repeatedly and managed to get a very generous (NOT) 5% off my next order. 
 
I do remember they used to be much quicker a few years back, not sure if its a combination of a few things like courier and slower despatch

I always choose DPD delivery serivce as I use them with other supplement stores and never had an issue with them, plus love the fact they email you to tell you when they will be with you. Everytime this happens and I call My Proteins support line they always say "oh sorry sir it looks like it hasnt been processed correctly" so I assume its down to their wharehouse.

Normally individual "issue" threads are removed since MT can't be a 'customer service centre' for all of the sponsors. They should be contacted directly so that individual circumstances can be taken into account.

If the reason you need it next day is because your have run out, order it a little bit earlier that way you leave a bit of time for muckups. I know your point is that they shouldn't say it's next day if they aren't going to get it out, but like already said, have you checked to make sure it isn't the courier's fault? 
 
I always choose the cheapest option, it takes 2 days to come but I'm not in any rush so who cares. 

Never ever had a delivery problem since 2005.

Dpd usually at my door about 8am next day

Last order was the first order late in 5 years. Paid for next day 4 hours before cut off but took 2 days to deliver. Not a massive problem as I always order weeks before I run out but bbw have got my business from now on.

For the record, my orders go through exactly the same as you all and have always used the cheapest option, Yodel and it has come extremely quick, sometimes next day but mostly 1-2 days. i used DPD next day delivery once...took ages...food for thought guys!
 
another thing, when you order you get an email saying that youve placed an order, you then should get a 2nd email (can be very soon, can be a couple days or so) which is the email saying its left the warehouse

I use yodel 2-5 day and its usually with me next day. I never understand why people use next day and are in such a hurry to get there supps. even if you get them a day or 2 late is a couple of days without supps going to ruin your gains.
 
As said above its down to the courier company i imagine. Try using a different courier next time

Secla, some people need to be quite selective with their delivery day due to work commitments. They may get 1 day off during Mon-Fri where they can arrange "next day delivery" so they know they will be in to take delivery. If it doesn't arrive, it can be quite frustrating I would imagine having waited in all day, and a ball-ache for them to re-arrange/travel to depot or whatever.
 
My own thoughts/circumstances are "when it comes, it comes" since there's usually at least 1 person in the house most days. I choose DPD and never had any issues.
