My Routine for the next 8 weeks

I am 11 Days in on 6 Bromo + Fadogia + Omega 3/Milk thistle and a Multi. No Sides and no real change in Moods at all, power going up slowly, joint stiffness/dryness controlled with the Omega 3. Pull-ups today for example: 4 sets 7/5/5/4 and for me thats an improvement. What do you guys think of this routine bearing in mind I am 63 Years old this year. This is done Monday Wednesday Friday Monday with the alternate exercises over the 8 workouts. Goals: reduce Fat and gain Small amount of muscle and srength. Diet clean but not high on calories. WORKOUT 1 BACK/PULLOVERS WIDE PUL/DWNS 2 * 10 OR MIDD- PULLY PULL-INS 2 * 10 CHINS 4 * AS MANY BENT OVER ROWS 2 * 10 TRICEPS PULL-OVERS 4 * 10/6 WORKOUT 2 DELTS/BICEPS M/C PRESS SEATED 5 * 10/6 OR DUMBBELL PRESS 5 * 10/6 PULLY SIDE LATS 3 * 10 BENT OVER RAISES 3 * 10/6 BICEPS M/C PULL-DOWNS 2 * 10 PULL-UPS 4 * AS MANY SEATED DUMB/CURLS 1 * as many WORKOUT 3 PECS FLYS 3 * 12/8/8 BENCH PRESS 6 * 10/6 OR DUMBBELL PRESS 6 * 10/6 PRESS -UPS 1 * AS MANY SHRUGS 4 * 10/6 HAMMER CURLS 4 * 10/6 WORKOUT 4 MIXED/ TRICEPS DEADS 4 * 10/8 NARROW BENCH 4 * 10/6 DIPS 2 * AS MANY EZ BAR LYING SCULL CRUSHERS 2* 10

That's quite difficult to read; but if I'm reading it correctly, it looks a bit mix-match. This may not be a bad thing though
