Ok well simply in morning before i go to gym to do cardio, i put the kettle on break a green tea capsule then put hot water in mix it and then some of my reflex nutrition instant whey
chocolate mint 10/10
Banana 8/10

fat 1.4 carbs 1.5 caffine - 315mg

i am just saying what i do some days.

if anyone got any better ideas or advice pls comment .
