My cutting diet 19 January 2012 09:06 (permalink)
I suppose it is a cutting diet, I'm overweight trying to build muscle and lose body fat so I am cutting to a sense.

I have been reading tons of articles on here trying to find out about protein, cars, essential fats etc

This is the diet I have put together. I know there is a lot of room for improvement so any input would be greatly appreciated.

Also I am on a budget so if anyone can think of any cheap bulk meal ideas that I can store away and put into Tupperware that would be great. Appreciate and feed back, thanks.

I'm 14 stone 6lbs, 5'10 and have a high bodyfat %

You "suppose" it is a cutting diet, and you are "cutting to a sense"?
    NO NO NO!
If you have a high bodyfat percentage then you need to completely commit to cutting. With your current attitude you're destined to spin your wheels. Don't worry about looking small or whatever, everyone looks good at 10% bodyfat!

What I meant was because I am not a bodybuilder and I am not cutting for a show or doing the cycle of bulking then cutting, I didn't know if cutting was the right term. Basically I am wanting to lose body fat while gaining lean body mass. So yes In a sense I am cutting but normally people cut top show the muscle they have developed while on a bulk. For me I don't have any muscle develop lol.
