60 Minutes Cardio. (walking) Shin splints/pumps or whatever are creasing me now, may have to switch to the stationary bike for my cardio.

Gyno is back with a vengeance! I seem to getting more and more sensitive to it. Have started on letro again and may just run right through the cycle to be on the safe side.

Felt abit burnt out tonight, couldnt muster the required focus at all. Think ill drop the clen pre weights from now on. Any who.... Quads and hams Leg extention 105 on stack 12 reps 11 reps 9 reps Hack Squat 140kg 8 reps 8 reps 8 reps These felt awful, not deep enough, same weight next week. Leg press 290kg 8 reps 8 reps 8 reps Much better on these, up weight next week. BB Squats 50kg 20 reps 18 reps 18 reps Wide and deep with these, no lockout ronnie coleman style.. Up weight next week. Single ham curls(using leg extention) Unsure of weight, but used a pyramid. 10 reps 10 reps 10 reps Finished with leg extention. 5 sets to failure each time, lightish weight. Over reached slightly this week, may knock tomorrow mornings cardio on the head, see how i feel in the morning. Also, weight is holding steady at 85kg, maybe a tad more.

Was feeling abit burnt out but i seem to have recovered well today, hence the high rep work on tonights workout. Felt really flush and focused, had comments that im looking very hard and leaning out well. Im holding plenty water but i shall shift that in good time. Plan is set now, Mr Bolton first timers on the 28th April, then do the UKBFF U80kg intermediates the following week (6th May) I cant wait fro it. Posing class in the morning with Jayne tingle, and will look for some feedback on how i am progressing.

Had a terrible nights sleep, only three hours so posing class was very hard and really drained me. Upped the clen to 80mcg and i suffered badly with a headache. So decided to take a day off from cardio and the diet and rest up, feelin much better now. May do cardio in the morning but i wont stress about it if not. Jayne commented taht i have tightened up alot in the last two weeks and that i can afford to up my carbs by at least 50g a day, so i will do that. Not really getting on with the clen so am going to maybe start on t3 at 50mcg per day for abit of a boost.

Really tight and vascular this morning, yesterdays cheat day worked a treat on me. Went to gym and did abit of legs 4 sets of single leg extention 3 sets of BB Squats, light but very deep. 3 sets of single leg extentions supersetted with walking lunges. Finished with 30 minutes walking on treadmill. 3.5mph Wanted to do more but i backed off, dont want to overreach again.

Think i have figured out what has been causing the lethargy/tiredness. Pretty sure its the letro i have been running to combat my new gyno. Will drop to 2.5mg E5D to see if it improves any.

On reflection (again) pretty sure ive taken carbs too low, been on around 100g per day which i just dont need to do at this point, made me very flat and narky/depressed, im going to up them to at least 250g, i was leaning out at 300g so should be ok. Its a learning experience thats for sure lol

Last nights leg session was terrible, so much so thats its not worth logging. Tonights session was much better however, considering i have been living off weetabix and protein shakes! That evil divorce in a bottle/jekyll and hyde, mind destroying tren is hopefully now making a swift exit from my system, never ever again!!!! Am switchin over to low dose test and primo as of monday and wish i had done this in the first place as i love primo. Ah well, we live and learn(again!) Anyways.... Chest and biceps tonight Cable crossovers 4 sets 30kg till failure. Lying hammer press 70kg 3 sets to failure Machine incline press 40kg 3 sets to failure One arm DB Curls, using hammer pad 12.kg, 3 sets to failure Sitting EZ bar curls 20kg 3 sets to failure Standing pose curls(not sure of correct name) 3 sets to failure Rope hammer curls Triple drop set Felt great not counting reps, will stick to this for the foreseeable. not sure how its happened with the garbage diet but im looking better each day , probably the tren, if it wasnt evil in a bottle id stick with it. No posing class tomorrow as im having the weekend off, including no cardio.
