My thoughts on my S-drol cycle 25 January 2012 00:17 (permalink)
I'm at the 19th day of my s-droll cycle, i gained 5 kg in my 2° week but i found them to be fat more than muscle..
I reduced the calories to gain less weight but more quality and the gains stopped..
I dind't gain lot of strenght, i'm just a little stronger, but  i had better strenght gains whit H-drol and i'm at 92/93 kg right now, but i've been 95 kgs at the end of my last H-drol cycle ( i started this s-drol cycle at 87/88 kg )
I'm thinking to bump from 20 to 30 mg per day in my last week..
What do you think ? Till now i found the H-drol to be stronger than s-drol..
Sides ? Only back pumps till now and naturally shrinkage and shutdown ( but nothing too bad )
I would to reach at least 95 kg and overcome my last lift records, but i doubt i will..

    What is your diet like? The diet will determine gains mostly.
    I love the smell of steak in the morning...

      If sides have been fine then I see no harm in bumping to 30mg and monitoring closely.
       
      Also as asked though how clean and well planned was the diet when you gained excess fat?

        I can agree partly..
        The diet can define the " quality " of the gains but in a surplus you should gain weight and strenght, i'm gaining only weight, and this didn't happen whit my previous H-drol cycle where i gained both..
        I can be bloated a little too, because of my last bad protein powder choice, but i'm complaining only for the miss of strenght gains when i've always heard s-drol to be the stongest for this..
        I'm going to increase my dosage  to 30 mgs in my last week and will cut sets and reps for a more strength focused train in my pct..

          Try it and possibly run the cycle over 21 days if needed just monitoring on a daily basis when to jump off - just limit to a max of 30 days especially having bumped to 30mg.

            At 30 mg per day is really another thing...
            2 days at 30 mg and weight and strenght went up again !!
            First time i nearly feel to be on something..

              that sort of gain in that sort of period is one thing alone mate - water. Trust in a good clean diet, high in protein and a significant/suitable calorific excess for your current size/physique, with plenty of good fats in there also, and you should gain muscle over the course of your cycle (as well as only a reasonable amount of fat if adjusted appropriately).
               
              Nothing wrong with bumping dose to 30mg but I wouldn't expect a huge difference from it.

                You defenitely right, i'm just carbs sensible.. i found that if i bump the carbs i gain weight ( water most ) and fat, if i decrease them, i lose weight..
                But everyone here says to bump the carbs for gains..
                I'm 94/5 kg right now from 87/8 kg ... this is my 23th day..

                  Carbs being fresh pasta and brown rice and a few scrubbed potatoes.... not junk food or chips or crisps or bread .ect Nothing processed. Processed carbs will make you fat very quickly with little quality mass.

                    I keep carbs below 150g usually 100g a day. ( i am cutting though)
                    Oats, Sweet potato, brown rice and pasta are the only carbs you should be touching.
                    Oh and a fancy cupcake or crispie cream donut on cheat day :-)

                      Im on this Mutant Mass shakes.... 200g carbs, 75g protein, and 1400cals per shake LOL LOL
                       
                      And do you know how hard it is to eat just the one donut when you open a box of em? When I hit Sainsburys, I have to buy and eat all the whole box, or my day will be ruined! FACT
