whilst this isn't strictly a supplement, i thought i'd give it a review on here anyway.
First of all, for the cost (£1.99), i was expecting something much smaller than what i received. the picture on the website makes it difficult to gauge the size of it, but i was certainly surprised by the size of the pack and the strapping that comes with it (has a cloth case that has an elasticated band which can be used to secure pack in place).
it's easy enough to use. the instructions on it are easy enough to follow.
i get sore knees in the cold weather and use a hot water bottle at night to keep them warm and therefore relatively ache free. hot water bottles aren't ideal for sitting in the office or in the car though, so this is perfect for such situations. after being impressed with mine, my dad's now got one and he uses his for his bad shoulder (similar to me, he gets a stiff, sore shoulder in the cold weather).
when it's been in a deep freeze for 2 hours, it retains it's gel consistency and doesn't go solid, therefore allowing to shape it around your chosen body part.
i would very much recommend this for anyone with such joint or muscular problems.
the score i've given it is based on the size, ease of use, design and excellent price.

8.5/10
