http://www.myprotein.com/uk/products/hurricane_xs After coming back from injury this looks like just the stuff to get back into a routetine, seems a nice balace of carbs and protein plus has HMB and Creapure. Your thoughts? Also my sister is marathon traning at the mo. Would this help her? Cheers.

from what ive read hmb is useless
i believe with a healthy active lifestyle and some good knowledge and aas/peps use etc that you can live a longer stronger better life. main interests: physique conditioning, bbj, muay thai.

used it before its decent enough, havent bought it again though.
hmb is useless, if buying the ingredients seperatly i woudl suggest leaving that one out
