Possibly the most retarded website ever?

My experience today, log in type "glutamine" in the search box.
Zero response.
Type in "ProPeptide".Zero response.
In fact anything you actually want does not appear. So after guessing where various things might be,go to checkout.Crashes.Lose basket.(If this happens on Sainsburys/Tescos it is still there).Have to repeat whole process again.

Seriously cant imagine the amount of business they lose because of this.So be warned and be patient if you are ordering! If there are any suggestions as to where else sells the usual supps at a reasonable price please let me know,I only get it from there as its convenient.Or not.

Their old website was just fine - then they updated it to this one a while back, which drives me insane as well. My son avoids buying from them now, simply because he dislikes the site so much.

Shame really, Ive never had an issue with their products, service, quality or value... they're a pretty good company... but that new website just sucks

I mean It was a £130 order.I didnt want to do it again on principle but the mrs stepped in.A supplement website that sells 100 varieties of glutamine yet when you type in "glutamine" in the search box, it reurns zero results? epic fail IMO! agree the old site was perfect.Just over egging the pudding now, as they say.

ive had the same problem ordered 2kg of protien off there yesterday which cost £31:50 with p&p but when it came to paying the site kept crashing.went to my bank today and there was £94:50 missing from my account, it turned out that although the site had crashed they had charged me 3 times for my order so had to spend the next half hour on the phone sorting it out

It is a cack website with a lot of glitches. The crash which loses the contents of your shopping basket is a particular annoyance that I seem to hit everytime I care to place an order.

I've pointed this out to MP both here and via email but they don't appear to have addressed this issue which has existed for some time.

As you say, they must lose some custom as a result of this, through sheer bloody frustration if nothing else.

if you type in the site into your browser you'll be able to search for glutamine and it'll show up. If you type myprotein into google and access the site that way glutamine won't show

something to do with conforming to google's rules

I was looking for L Glutamine on there a few weeks ago and had exactly the same problem, I emailed them about the search function and they did at least reply but told me to just go through the listings/index until I find it.

Surely if the search function does not work then remove it completely - simples!!

The search facility does seem to be eratic yes. I'd look via the categories if looking for something. Although this could be a bit long given the amount of stuff they have.

The website is godawful. I particularly dislike the overlapping of several product areas. There are so many categories that you can't be sure you're not missing a product that might interest you when ordering. I particularly had this problem with PWO nutrition.

                                  heres the explanation lads, http://community.myprotein.com/content/having-trouble-finding-product-myprotein-website-864/

That makes sense now (the post linked to doesn't explain it properly though!).

For people that can't find certain products, it might be because you entered the website via a paid link on google (at the top, light yellow box). Certain terms are banned in the google adwords policy, glutamine being one of them. It's only for the paid ads at the top, the organic listings and direct access should work fine.
