NEED HELP ON H.I.T. PROGRAM. - 28 October 2009 20:22 ( #1 )
Basically i been doing H.I.T. training for the past 2-3weeks now, progress going well not to bad however, i get better and QUICK results with volume training, but i wanna stick with H.I.T. cause its still earily days. Here's my H.I.T. routine, check it out and tell what you think, any advice?? stuff i should add on or loose??

Day 1 - Chest & Back

1set (failure) - Pull over - Superset - Close underhand grip Pull Down
1set (failure) - Incline flies - Superset - Dips
1set (failure) - Deadlift

Day 2 - Low intensity cardio & Abs

Day 3 - Shoulders, Bicep, Triceps and Forearm

1set (failure) - Machine Lateral Raises - Superset - Shoulder Press
1set (failure) - Barcurl - Superset - Hammer Ropes
1set (failure) - Tricep pushdown - Superset - machine tricep pushdown
1set (failure) - Wrist Ext. - Superset - Wrist Curl

Day 4 - Low intensity cardio & Abs

Day 5 - Legs

1set (failure) - Leg Extension - Superset - Leg Press/Squats
1set (failure) - Leg Curl - Superset - Calf Raises

Day 6 - Low intensity cardio & Abs

Day 7 - REST.

I dont see the point in doing one bicep and three tricep exercises.  I would take out the machine pushdown and bring in ez bar or alternating db curls and a tri pressdown

Also there's nothing hitting the traps which is a big muscle, and could prob bring in a lat specific exericise, i know your doing undergrip pulldowns but its more bicep and rhomboids! i.e. wide heaves and superset it with shrugs, or even superset the shrugs with deadlifts?

Also throw in some lower back work apart from deads when your doing your ab work so its a little more core specific.

Just my thoughts, other than that good routine mate.

im doing 2 bicep exercises, curls and hammers and same with triceps, tricep push and machine tricep push down.

i was previously bulking and i did alot of volume training so im done with that, i wanna lean up and improve abit on my cardio as well.
