Hi guys i am completely new to this forum and fitness as a whole.
Basically ive just signed up to my local gym, at 200lb i really need to cut this down as this is not good. i want to get a more hard defined look cutting the fat and building some muscle. I popped down to my nutrition shop today and was advised for the fat burning to try Dexaprine. and For the muscle building and overall getting into shape i was recommended Oxavar by Designer Ergogens.
Anyone had any experience with the above,  I know im probably way out of my depth with this gear as a complete starter but some advice would be great, how should i run this oxavar?
Thanks guys

Hi mate.  Whoever gave you that advice needs a kick in the head.
For a starter as a new trainer, you need nothing.  Nothing at all.
It will take weeks just to adjust and also sort your diet out properly.
BUT worst of all, oxavar is a steroid, something for advanced trainers, who have years behind them, not someone new to it all.  Did he also tell you it is methylated?  And potentially toxic to your liver?   Did you help you choose something to combat this?
Did he explain that you will be messing with your natural hormone levels using this and therefor will need to regulate them again when you are done with the cycle, something called PCT?  Did he advise you on proper pct supplementation?

And then of course, building muscle and burning fat is a tough thing to do.  But as a new trainer, simply by training and your body adjusting you will make great gains towards your goals.
