Sorry for the delay, I've been in and out the office this week lol :)
 
It's approximately 40% Whey, 10% Casein, 50% Milk Protein in the protein blend, and 65% Oats, 35% Malto in the carb blend. We've made this quite a high protein blend - it's *not* designed to be a "Mega Mass 4000" type blend full of lots of cals and carbs. Those who are fans of Mutant Mass and "super high calorie" gainers like that, this wouldn't really be for them. This is much more of a lean gainer where we've put in a lot of protein, a moderate amount of carbs, and a moderate amount of healthy fats. Per 100g's you're looking at 52g's carbs and 33g's protein - and around 407 calories.

A quick note on the maltodextrin inclusion - we could have used 100% oats...but many would find the mixability sucked, they didn't enjoy it, and it *can* give many people bad gas. By including some maltodextrin in the formula, you enhance the mixability, taste, texture and reduce any gastric issues people could have. In other words, it doesn't give people the same bad wind and they enjoy their shake a lot more, and combined with all the oats, it's a nice slow release formula. We want this to be something you look forward to, and the taste is (to be frank lol) fantastic...so I really hope people enjoy it :)
